Contact: I contacted Jimmy via Yelp and within 30 mins received a call arranging time and cost. He was booked solid for a week, but you can't fault a business for being busy. Service: I sent him some pictures ahead of the job so he would be familiar with the work required. Installed the camera to specifications and put up the shelf neatly. He kept his mask on when he was indoors and was incredibly friendly. Cost: This is where I would highly recommend Jimmy. His hourly rate was incredibly fair compared to other Handyman services (some charging as much as $80/hour).

The handyman showed up right on time and was efficient, friendly, neat, and very well-organized. He started by applying one coat of paint to the bathroom walls, telling me right from the start that, in his experience, it was going to need three coats to cover the colour underneath. Since I had been given a quote for two coats, this would be a bit extra to the estimate. Once the first coat of paint had been applied, he installed the curtain rods and hung the curtains for me. The installation is now very sturdy and the place looks much nicer. He then went back and did the second coat of paint. He had me take a look at it after, to decide whether I was OK with it as it was, or if I would like the third coat. Although there is a very, very slight remnant of the former colour, I decided that I was OK with that because otherwise everything in the room would be too white. Overall, I am very pleased with the result. He was extremely neat and cleaned up after himself, although I didn't see that he made any mess anyway. I guess the only downside for me is that I find their prices a bit on the high side and that's my reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. However, in fairness, I should probably have asked more questions beforehand and/or had more than one company give me an estimate. I recognize that things in general are a lot more expensive these days.

Rob answered in a timely manner, requested more information and several photos to evaluate the job. He came up with a plan and costs that fit my budget. Set a date for work and he was on time and ready to work. Also had a few smaller jobs he was able to do for me at the same time. Very pleased with his work ethic along with what I felt was a fair cost for labour and parts supplied. I will be calling him again when I need future work.
