I have a condo with a fairly large kitchen that was approximately 30 years old. I decided to get a complete brand new kitchen through IKEA. I heard so many horror stories about renovations that I delayed getting this done for many years. I recently had Furniture Masters do the entire kitchen from tear out to new floors, cupboards, a newly designed breakfast bar (at their suggestion), painting and back splash. They also connected all new appliances. It is now the most beautiful kitchen I could ever image. I was so happy with this team and will definitely call them again for my next project. Their price is reasonable and they are experienced and skilled to do anything at all. They are responsive in answering your questions and concerned that you will be pleased with the outcome. They were so polite and gentle with my things. I really liked them and felt I could trust them 100% in my place with me not being there. My condo management also commented on how nice the crew were in abiding with our strict condominium rules which is very rare in their experience. I hired Furniture Master to assemble 4 PAX systems for me. I provided screenshots of the design, and they were able to provide a quote. What I liked about them from the get go, was that they responded quickly, their quote was competitive, and they were able to visit the next day. More so, they were a team of several people, which meant things would get done quickly, and I wouldn't have to assist. On work day, they arrived on time and got straight to work. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they don't mess around. I got out of their way and left for 2 hours. When I returned, all the garbage was packed up, and the closets were assembled and looking fantastic. I didn't know IKEA assembly services existed, so I was happy when someone pointed me in this direction. It saved me a ton of time, it's so convenient (buy online, ship, and have someone assemble) and everything is built very well. ok so.. I purchased a PAX Wardrobe system from IKEA and thought why not have IKEA install it "properly", paying $300 for installation. IKEA was a no show TWICE. After hours of ordeal with IKEA I managed to get my installation fee refunded and found Furniture Masters on Yelp. Contracted Artem from Furniture Masters on Friday and they were here on time the following day. They took about 2 hours and did an amazing job on the install and cleaned accordingly after themselves. Very professional, friendly and courteous. If you want to have your IKEA furniture installed "PROPERLY" I highly recommend this dynamic duo. These guys are great! Pleasant, reliable and very good at their work. I had a desk that needed assembly -- a really complicated one. My husband was going to do it, but once he saw the 5-page instructions pamphlet he backed off ! I contacted Furniture Master and arranged an appointment for the next day. I had Alex and his colleague install my IKEA Hemnes bed frame and dresser. After trying to put the nightstand together (and failing miserably) I was leaving the rest to the experts. I reached out on Wednesday, and by Friday afternoon my room was set up entirely. They even put the old mattress on my new bed and cut up all the boxes. It only took them two hours! Got 5 items from Ikea assembled. Alex was very prompt in replying by email. They were able to assemble everything in just over an hour - to compare, I was quoted 2 hours by a different business, and Alex's prices were better than 2 other places I checked.
