I love the menu, it carries so many Nordic traditional dishes, such as the whale steak, reindeer steak, Atlantic wolffish (catfish), deer stew, mussels, etc. We ordered the grilled reindeer steak and the pan fried wolffish. Both are beautifully plated, good portions and delicious with the right amount of seasoning. The Nordic cuisine likes to use local fruits to add sweetness to the sauce. The pie was the best dish for us that night. It had a nice and creamy texture along with a crunch on the crust due to the frying. It was a light dish compared to the plukkfisk. The plukkfisk was quite heavy with this fish/mashed potato mixture and while the fried bacon added some texture it could've used a little more acid for our tastes.
