I was told this would be fixed. See texts. It has been a month and I have been ghosted. My contractor also has been ghosted. I had a second countertop to order for a new cabinet and cannot get a call back for that order. Highly frustrated and disappointed. Follow through was the fail. The customer service was excellent. Even the guys at their fabrication facility were very helpful, friendly, and kind. And best of all, the remnants were ready very fast and at a fair price. Our developer used YK Stone and we couldn't be more disappointed. The quartz they installed had…read moresignificant discoloration from the start (why they thought this was acceptable to install is beyond me). They keep saying "that is how the stone comes", which is a lie as we compared the same quartz to other homes in our neighborhood who installed it. The reality is they had a poor project manager who did not check his work and they do not want to admit it. We also had a granite expert come in and confirm this is not normal and that the quartz was not properly sealed. I would highly recommend staying away from using this company, and if you have a developer, make it clear to them that you want a different company used for your countertops.
