The site was left clean and the crew was quiet and respectful whenever they were in our home. I marked several minor spots for touch up during our walkthrough, and they were fixed immediately (and without complaint) to my satisfaction. We are very happy with the finished product, and will definitely use Harmony again for our next project.

HOWEVER- I arrived at the final walkthrough at the scheduled time, and they were still not done clearing out their supplies. This was okay and I assumed more work would be done. When I returned to my home later that day I was appalled. There was brown liquid spilled on the cabinets and floors, paint spilled on the floors, stairs & countertops, outlet covers missing (still not found), painter's tape still stuck to the walls & baseboards, and sunflower seeds littered across EVERY single floor in the house (including the in the carpet and the bathtub). I am shocked at the way the house was left and how sloppy this was. This was not the condition that it was supposed to be left in. I had a showing the next morning so had to spend over 3 hours cleaning it. I contacted the manager about it and received a $275 discount. They did offer to come back over and "take care of these items" but I had no time to let them come back so I had to take care of it myself. For how much I paid to for this to be done I expected way more from this company. I will not be using this company again.

Josh who provided the initial estimate made good recommendation regarding paint sheen for the different surface types, and asked several questions about things I had not even thought of such as front and back colors for doors.. While we were only using three colors, due to the different sheens for concrete walls, wallboard, and door trim, we ended up with 7 different paints. Scheduling was easy and they helped accommodate our availability. When the painters came in to do the work they were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to understand which paints were to be used where. They did an excellent job; multiple coats of paint for rooms that went from dark gray to a neutral taupe and caulked the floorboards where necessary and filled in scrapes and picture holes where we needed it. I would highly recommend Singletrack team. Professional, articulate, and very knowledgeable on what was needed for the job. and the total price was very competitive with the other 5 bids I got.

The job took a couple days longer than expected but such is life when you're working with a lot of sq ft and simultaneously just had the floors refinished. The team was *incredibly thorough* with protecting the floors, walls, and other areas that weren't being painted. All of their prep work was top notch. The trim and baseboards came out gorgeous. And the rooms we had painted look incredible. It was a little more expensive than a couple other quotes, but I am very happy and feel like it was money well spent for very professional work. Attached photos are just two rooms, the green room they painted and did the baseboards. But they did work in 8-12 rooms in our house depending on how you count and every single one turned out great.

Ryan was outstanding to work with from the beginning. He responded quickly to our initial inquiry, patiently answered detailed questions, responded even on weekends, and was extremely flexible with a tight pre-move schedule. He made several trips to Bailey and even brought four Sherwin-Williams samples matched to the colors we were considering so that we could evaluate them together in the house. The quotation was competitive and transparent, and there were no surprise charges. Pablo and the crew did exceptional work. We used three colors, including intentional color transitions across the main level, and the lines and edges came out beautifully. The finish is extremely consistent. The patching may have impressed me most: we had removed numerous wall-mounted items and left behind holes, anchors, and other damage, and in many places you simply cannot tell that anything was ever there. They also covered some very saturated old wall colors beautifully in only two coats. They were extremely careful with the house, masked and protected everything thoroughly, moved things as needed, and even removed and reinstalled our wall-mounted TV. They also worked around a dishwasher technician and other things happening at the house and still finished the project in about three and a half working days. Pablo and Ryan were both meticulous during the final walkthroughs and took care of even very small touch-ups without nickel-and-diming us. The quality, communication, flexibility, professionalism, and overall ease of working with them were excellent. We will absolutely call Next Gen again when we are ready for future painting projects.

If you choose to work with her, do not let her refer you to Hummingbird HRD (Crystal and Brian Mansanares), as that is where everything unraveled. Jaime first helped me after a Christmas morning plumbing disaster, and at the outset, she was fantastic--quick to respond, knowledgeable, and actively engaged in creating thoughtful layouts. Because things seemed to be going well, we also hired her for additional design work in our kitchen and living room. But when she referred us to Hummingbird as the general contractor, she stepped away entirely, leaving us in the hands of an inexperienced team that led to an overpriced, incomplete, and poorly executed renovation. Where Things Went Wrong Jaime and Crystal turned out to be personal friends rather than longtime collaborators, and our home was essentially a "guinea pig project"--a fact Jaime admitted only after things had gone terribly wrong. The staggering lack of professionalism from Hummingbird resulted in months of stress, wasted money, and a home that remains unfinished to this day. After Crystal declared the project "done" (despite glaringly poor workmanship), I asked Jaime to see the state of things herself. She agreed with me that the quality was unacceptable and even apologized for how badly things had turned out. She admitted that Crystal lacked the necessary experience and recognized that we had been unintentionally used as a test project. To make matters worse, she also told me, "Wow, I didn't realize you were so detail-oriented--I would feel exactly the same." As if they thought they could get away with subpar work and I wouldn't notice--truly insulting. Jaime's Final Disappointing Choice To her credit, Jaime convinced Crystal and Brian to attempt to fix their mess, but she ultimately abandoned the project. Despite personally acknowledging all the flaws, she later sent me a completely contradictory statement: "I have every faith in Hummingbird completing the project as promised, and overall, I believe they have done an exceptional job." This project was supposed to take 4-6 weeks starting in March--it was still dragging on in November, at which point I cut ties entirely because it was no longer worth the emotional toll. To this day, our home remains unfinished and cheap-looking, a painful reminder of the stress and financial loss we endured. What We Actually Got for Jaime's Fees After paying her design fees for both the bathroom and kitchen/living room, all we truly received was: * Layout options * A recommendation for Hummingbird (which proved disastrous) * Help selecting a kitchen table and rug Had we gone with a different general contractor, I might be writing a glowing five-star review. Unfortunately, given how this played out, I cannot recommend Jaime Langer at all.

We loved working with Camilo, Susie, and Abner! From the very first meeting at our home they were incredibly professional, gave us a quote in a very timely manner, and scheduled the work to be done sooner than we thought. When they began working, they took great care to make sure everything was taped off and completely sealed so that the rest of our home would be protected while they were working (see the photos). They were flexible with my schedule, when I needed to be away one of the days they had planned on working in our home. I was most impressed with the level of integrity and craftsmanship they put into their work. They were scheduled to put the cabinet doors back on Friday, but as they were loading them into their truck they felt that they needed another coat of paint. Even though this took one extra day, I was so grateful that they took the time and care to make our cabinets perfect, rather than hastily putting them back on to finish the job. They communicated every step of the way and I never felt in the dark. Camilo, Susy, and the Denver Cabinet team just finished painting our master bath cabinets, and staining our kitchen cabinets. The results are beautiful, especially the kitchen. I wasn't sure going into the project whether it would be possible to achieve a "factory" look on 15 year old cabinets, but they did it. Camilo's commitment to excellence is really what stands out the most about this company. No project goes perfectly and some re-work will always be required (in my opinion) to get a perfect result. Camilo demonstrated commitment to "getting it right" throughout the project. If you're looking for a quick "in and out" they may not be right for you. If you're looking for a great final result, I highly recommend them. As final point, I felt that their price was more than fair. Candidly, after meeting them in person and then receiving their quote, I didn't even bother to get a second one. We had a great experience with Susy, Camilo and the Denver Cabinets Restoration team! They painted our existing kitchen cabinets and were super responsive and flexible for our own scheduling, especially given that other contractors were in the same area of the house part of the time. The whole process (for more than 40 cabinets) took less than a week, but certainly could've been wrapped up more quickly had we not had delays on our end and with other contractors. The quote was extremely reasonable compared to others we sought out (DCR was one of 4), and the quality, speed and professionalism was beyond great. They face my dining area, so are in plain site of dinner guests, and the way they looked before was nothing short of embarrassing. We vetted several companies and decided to go with ASA Flooring for several reasons: 1) Responsiveness. Bryan was quick to get back to my inquiry and was at the house to assess the project within a day. 2) Knowledgeable. Our refrigerator had leaked and warped several boards. Bryan explained the pros and cons of board replacement vs letting the boards dry out. We went with the latter and saved money. We had another challenge in the fact that we did not have two rooms refinished which meant seamless color matching. Alfredo was an artist and had an eye for selecting the perfect match. Although the final decision was ours, his experience was a definite help. 3) Efficient. The whole process from start to finish only took three days. We used the opportunity for a little vacation in the mountains and came home to beautiful floors! 4) Professional. Kevin, the project manager, came the weekend before to assess the job site and answer any questions. Alberto hung plastic and taped off the areas to reduce dust and vacuumed any remaining dust before the final coat. It was nearly dust free! 5) Follow up: Kevin did the final walk through with us to make sure we were satisfied. I'd highly recommend ASA Flooring for your next hardwood floor project!

I asked for it to be glued down, tiles selected had instructions for gluing but they were not followed. I was not told during the project the installer was not gluing them down per instructions until the project was done. I am now having to consider replacing it since the floor pops and snaps when we walk on it. I also just discovered that when the trim they removed was replaced the caulk used was kitchen caulk (not paintable) so I had to scrape it off and redo it.

I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.
