From start to finish, the service was abysmal and I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this firm to think twice. First of all, communication was a major issue. I found it extremely difficult to get ahold of my assigned attorney and when I did, they seemed disinterested and unengaged. I continually had to follow up with them myself to get updates on my case, and when I did finally speak to their clerks, it was clear they hadn't even read my file or were not informed of the specifics of my situation. Secondly, the billing process was a complete mess. I received multiple different invoices with different amounts and descriptions of services provided. When I tried to discuss this with the accounting department, I was met with rudeness and impatience. It felt like they were just trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible without providing any clear explanation for the charges. I have to find another law firm to sort out the mess that this firm allowed and by mess, I mean the drawn up paperwork makes no sense and is completely incorrect. I signed at the suggestion of the lawyer, realizing now that their service was a waste of time and money. They provided nothing, honestly. Charging repeatedly for paperwork and information that they never used. My case never went to the trial that I thought I was paying for. I paid trial fees for a lawyer to speak to me twice over the course of a year. She was ill or unavailable the rest of the time. Blatant liars and will threaten to drop you and keep your money if you complain, because they need the "trust" of the client. Don't trust them to do right by you. They're money hungry. Overall, my experience with CHISOLM TRIMBLE & ASSOCIATES, LLC. was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this firm to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal services. Again, he will be honest in telling you he can't guarantee you any specific result, but he surely will fight to get you the very best, communicate well, work diligently, and provide the best service he knows how. He prepared me to be realistic, but fought for me like he HIMSELF was hopeful. I explained to him that losing my license would be sacrificing my career and he met me where I was at with that fight and I will be forever grateful. But please do keep in mind. Every variable in every situation is subject to being different and also note that I stated I hadn't been in any legal trouble before which helped and worked to my advantage as well as the time I spent superseding what was asked of me and I also have no history of substance abuse. So, there will be a lot to consider from your personal perspective, but my testimony stands very still and strong that you cannot go wrong with Mr. Holloway and his staff.

We started the process in the middle of September 2025, the case was filed October 7, 2025, and my debts were successfully discharged in Federal Bankruptcy Court in January 2026 (3 months after filing). I recently made the last payment on my payment plan. Their work and dedication led me to have complete confidence in Ms. Eliot and her team. I learned to truly trust them. In the beginning, I was dealing with two of their paralegals, Austin Price and Kylie. The paralegals handle the "intake", where they gather all of your information for the court filing. There is a lot of information they have to gather from you - hours of work, spread across several days. I had the most contact with Austin. He was right on top of things, and returned almost all emails and phone calls in under an hour (sometimes in a few minutes). If I called and Kylie answered the phone, she was able to jump in and answer very specific questions, like my case was hers all along. I saw teamwork everywhere. Ms. Eliot got involved in the final review of the bankruptcy petition to be filed with the court, and after the case was filed. She was super professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to explain things that needed explanation. I quickly developed complete trust in Ms. Eliot. The payment plan that they offer was the best arrangement that was offered to me by any law firm I called. There was a small down payment that I had to pay to get started, and then it was $230 a month for 8 months. Those numbers included court costs. Total $2000. About 3 weeks after starting the process, they filed the bankruptcy petition with the court and immediately emailed me the case number. You can track federal cases in the PACER system, and yes, I was able to see my case. The phone calls and emails from creditors stopped in just a couple of days. They emailed me updates as they came in, like for example the date and time of the online "341 meeting" with the creditors. Myself and Ms. Eliot attended and she stayed on the video call afterwards, to answer my questions. The whole experience of working with this firm was phenomenal. They are professional, they have integrity, they are dedicated to completing the process, and they are all-around nice people. I highly, highly recommend this law firm.
