Paid $780 over 6 months for ant problem and it was not resolved, just threw the money away basically.

Technician dependent. Some are helpful. Some talk on the phone the entire time they're at your appointment after showing up 10 minutes late to a 8-12 morning appointment. Helpful but wouldn't get off the personal call. Barely addressed needs by spraying. Bees never left. Two seasons of this. We will likely not use them again unless we can verify we no longer get the teleconferencer to service our place. read more

For $60 a month and "results guaranteed" one would think you wouldn't have an ant infestation in your home, especially when one hasn't existed in the home after 15 years of residence. read more

This company is a joke. We inherited them when we bought out house in Millersville and continued using them for termite control. The first 6 months with them were uneventful - not super useful, we had them come out many times to deal with ants and carpenter bees and nothing really seemed to work great. The tech shrugs a lot and says to call back in a couple weeks if it still isn't resolved...we call...he comes out...wait a few weeks...still bugs everywhere...whatever. It is what it is. I know the area is different than where we moved from and they're always going to be here in come capacity. The trouble came up 6 months into using them - we are on a monthly payment plan for their termite service plus the 360 plan for all the rest of it. I called the billing department three months in a row and asked to be taken off auto pay for the monthly payments. Everyone promises me they have taken me off. The next month...another monthly charge automatically comes out. They keep telling me sorry...now you're off, don't know how it happened. THEN. Not only does another monthly charge come out, but a separate charge for $392. Overdrafted my account. Called and asked them why was I STILL ON AUTO pay but also, why did my monthly amount come out PLUS ANOTHER $392? Oh. It's a mistake. We charged you the annual price plus the monthly price...we'll reverse it. A week goes by. I don't have the refund. I call. Customer service as usual is clueless and snotty. They tell me I have a credit on my account for future service. We go round and round. Multiple phone calls. I do NOT want a credit. I want $392 refunded back to my card. Not even asking you to reimburse me the overdraft fee - just refund my card! Someone tells me it will be 6+ weeks. We call back. Someone else tells me it will be by the end of this business day. Days go by...I finally get my husband to call because no one else is taking me seriously. FINALLY a manager calls me and promises we will get it by the end of the day and I am ABSOLUTELY taken off of auto pay. My card is deleted from the system and I will receive a paper bill in the mail from here on out. We wait. We do not get the refund by the end of the day but a couple of days later. Fine. Whatever. I have it back. Life goes on. Fast forward to July...when you guessed it...they charge my account my monthly fee automatically....and the annual amount of $392. My account is again overdrafted because I just paid other bills and obviously was not anticipating this. Because at this point at least 10 different people have PROMISED I was taken off autopay. We have made two phones calls in the last two days to ask for a refund again and cancel all service...we just keep getting told they sent an email to accounting and someone will reach out to us. I am flabbergasted...astounded...and have completely lost all hope in humanity. The service and billing department at Erlich Pest Control is clueless, rude, uncaring, and everyone seems like they have absolutely NO IDEA what they are doing. When will I receive my money back??? Obviously I have to just cancel my debit card after this because I have 0 trust in anything anyone says in this company. Run far away from Erlich. Update 7/19 we were promised by Belinda in customer service we would receive a call back with a resolution yesterday by the end of the day. You guessed it...no call back! read more

I have been a customer of Ehrlich since Sept. 2018. I have both the pest service as well as the termite service. I have been well satisfied with the professionalism and timeliness of the servicemen and treatments. I had bought a home in a state of disrepair and had to do a lot of work on it. There were times when I had to call Ehrlich service men in between regular scheduled inspections. One of my pest problems were a couple of black snakes that seemed to like my basement crawl space, emerging every so often to keep me company. Today I had to call Dave to hopefully come and catch the snake that finally came out of hiding. Dave was able to juggle his schedule to get to my house and catch the snake. Dave has always been very professional and efficient in his visits to my home. Thank You Dave and Thank You Ehrlich. read more

My specific technician is wonderful but i had issues with another tech that refused to go into my attic. In addition he had serviced my parents house and made him get the bait stations out of the drop ceiling. Also the call center never seems to get my request of having the tech i want put in my file. They have also changed my appt without notifying me and not notified the tech in Times i have rescheduled. I always verify all info with them a few days before my appt. Back to the tech i request- he is always giving me pointers on how to get rid of unwanted invaders whether it be spiders or mice. He found a tree in our yard with carpenter ants. Each year for about 3-4 years i would have these tiny beetles in August. He asked if my kitchen drawers pulled out- low and behold there was dog and cat food behind the drawer- which Who knows how long it had been there!! We don't have any pets! I called Ehrlich for a bug problem. Because I wasn't the owner of the home, they said I would need my dad to call in and give them the ok to come and do an inspection. I called back and left a message for them to call me so he could talk to them. They never called me back and this was over a month ago. Very unprofessional. I did what they told me to do and I never heard back. Will never attempt to use their service again, and will not recommend them. read more

I have had the Ehrlich PestFree 360 service for 5 years and I finally had enough of it and canceled my service today. In the earlier years, we had one person come regularly who knew the house and did a good job. Lately, we've been getting a different person every time who doesn't know the house. It's also difficult to get them to come out for the three regular services and when they do come out they perform a limited service and say that they'll call us to schedule the regular service later. Most of the time, they just come through the house with the spray and leave without changing traps or bait. When I called to cancel, the representative didn't even try to address my concerns or even ask why I was canceling. This is the level of service you get with this company. I honestly can't believe how much money I have wasted on this over the years. read more

While the estimate and termite treatment were very good the customer service was horrible. I was set up for automated payments which did not happen. Then they overcharged me $421. I've spoke to 8 different customer service reps and each day something different. I ask to speak to a manager and they are not available. Will not deal with them in the future. I only give them 3 stars because of the treatment process. I would give customer service a zero. read more

I've been meaning to sit down and write this review, i have been a customer for 1 1/2 years roughly. I have a house with two bars inside and out, and had the same rep for over a year, and always wondered why every-time he would come for a service i would have to call him back so many times in between regular services, it just didn't make sense. That is until I checked my surveillance camera in the basement. The rep was going through property, thumbing through documents and just handing out at my basement bar on his cell phone, then instead of spraying like he was supposed to every few feet, it barely sprayed at all missing many areas. Keep in mind I never mind paying for the service that I am supposed to get however, paying for this was unacceptable, and the huge inconvenience. After I showed the video to a supervisor he sent out another rep that did a great job, and clearly performed his services according to company standards and without going through my personal property. I have not had to call them out one time in between service since this was discovered and a new rep was put in charge of spraying my house, so my comments are not intended to say that all employees do this, just the one originally assigned to my house.
