Also, I specifically told the tech (Curtis Walker) the reason for my daughter's visit but he stated that he had to put in a "patient complaint" so he noted, she is in for evaluation of tired eyes and experiencing dryness & blurriness in her vision from extreme screen use, which is all false but it's fine.
