My daughter started seeing Dr. Sheth last October of 2024. She came here for a comprehensive eye exam and ultimately opted for Ortho-K (overnight contact lenses to temporarily reshape the cornea, allowing clear daytime vision without glasses or contacts). Fast forward to December 2025, she is on to her second pair (loves it). Dr. Sheth & Dr. Rosa, the technicians & receptionists esp. Jennifer, are all absolutely amazing. The whole team is so friendly, helpful, caring, welcoming and incredibly kindhearted. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Was charged $60 for "contact lens fitting". Never got charged elsewhere for this. Basically I just put the lenses in myself and was asked if they felt ok, there's no special equipment involved. Seems like a bogus charge. Also saw carrot pieces in the sink drain when I was washing my hands. Guess someone was rinsing their mouth in the office sink. So gross. read more

By far the best experience I have ever had with an optometrist, ever. My eyes are horrendous with a very high prescription of over -12. Throughout the years I have visited many an optometrist and ophthalmologist office including very popular chains and private practices and every visit was the same. I would constantly be made to feel bad about how poor my vision was, and I would be up-sold on glasses/contacts that would cost an arm and a leg due to my high prescription. This all changed with this office. It began with a phone call. I called to see if North Shore Optometric Group took my insurance. I also wanted to be upfront with them on my vision/health history. I explained how I wanted to make sure my prescription didn't change and that I WOULD NOT be purchasing glasses from them as it is more economically feasible to order them online. Margaret, talked me through all of this and was extremely understanding and knowledgable. I felt completely comfortable and made an appointment with her right away. My appointment was just a few days later. Margaret immediately remembered who I was and our conversation. After a brief wait, I was seen by Dr. Sheth who was just as pleasant as Margaret. She was also already briefed on my situation. After the eye exam we thoroughly discussed my options. Dr. Sheth had trial contacts (close to my high prescription I might add) on hand and she encouraged me to try them. She is also going the extra mile to see if custom lens will be covered by my insurance company due to medical necessity. This is an option that was NEVER presented to me by any other office in my over twenty years of wearing glasses. I was never pitched anything at the time of my visit. No glasses, no additional glasses, no glasses over my contacts...NOTHING. I am so relieved to have finally found an optometrist office who understood my reservations and assisted me with my optic needs. Dr Sheth is wonderful and pleasant to work with. And everyone else in the office is professional and friendly. The office isn't store-front but has a plenty of parking and extremely clean and never jam packed. All 5 of us in the family goes there, and they were particularly helpful with contact lens training ($150 out of pocket) for my young daughter. read more

This was a great office!! Overall medical offices are either small or very large. It's nice to come to an office where the staff and doctors recognize their patients!! The only thing I was not happy about was that they did an exam for contacts which was not covered by my insurance and without notifying me. Nonetheless, I loved how upbeat and enthusiastic the doctor was about keeping her patients informed about their eye care. They promised to call me back the same day with a list of local 'eye' specialists. I never received the call! Went here today for an eye exam and contacts lens consult - already have been wearing them for years but waaaay overdue for exam & Rx revision. Dr. LaRosa was super sweet and explained everything and addressed my concerns over dryness and redness. She gave me new daily lens just released from Acuvue to try for the week and see how I like them without pressuring me to purchase a whole case. She even called me after my exam and left a message to give me the names of some eye drops we had discussed during my visit to help with my dry eyes, especially with lenses on. She was so friendly and I was taken in on time first thing in the morning. I look forward to giving these new lenses a shot and having better vision and comfort! read more

Service is horrible, secretary she print wrong prescription without consulting the doctor, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my prescription and any time I called in she told me I did send your prescription already, they charged me arm and legs for contact lenses and suppose to teach me how to insert them correctly but the lady she works there she show me one time and she left me by my self, I ordered contact lens from Costco for 90 days and after I pick them up I found out all are wrong and I can't use them. Any time I call in to get appointment secretary she said doctor is busy and she put me on hold for long period of time and at the end I still can't see comfortable with contact lenses. read more

Glad I went here to get my eye exam. It's been over 10 years since having one done. Dr. Sheth was very pleasant and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The Optomap imaging cost me out of pocket but was well worth it since I found out how beneficial it was to diagnosing any other complications not revealed during a regular eye exam. I've been regularly seeing the eye doctor since I was six years old, when I was blessed with my first set of glasses. I switched to Dr. Sheth a few years back when I moved closer to the area, and it was absolutely the best decision I've made in terms of my eye care. She and the staff are so warm and welcoming, and are such genuinely nice and knowledgable people.
