I consulted with multiple surgeons to discuss options, pricing, and expert advice. Each recommended a lift and full implant replacement and strongly discouraged me from deflating my saline implants, warning me it would be extremely painful. That guidance never felt right to me. I initially had my implants placed 12 years ago and had always wanted smaller. At 24, I didn't feel I had a voice or fully understood my options. I never felt comfortable in my own skin, and the "bigger is better" mindset wasn't aligned with what I truly wanted. Dr. Guilof was different. He gave me his time, patience, and complete honesty. He genuinely listened, never pressured me, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my decision. Patient safety was clearly his top priority. He fully deflated my implants, ensuring they were not left to empty inside my body, which demonstrated his integrity and care for his patients' health. Despite what others had warned, the deflation process was not painful at all. Dr. Guiloff numbed the area thoroughly and carefully drained the saline using a syringe. He then gave me the opportunity to live without implants for several weeks so I could decide whether I felt happy naturally or wanted replacement implants. That level of respect for patient autonomy is rare. In my case, the difference between saline and silicone implants was minimal due to my natural breast tissue. While other surgeons pushed expensive "gummy bear" implants, Dr. Guiloff was completely transparent and never tried to upsell me. He even corrected the pricing with his coordinator when the cost of saline implants decreased--proving how genuinely honest and ethical he is. Ultimately, I decided to remove my implants without replacement. I was nervous about not having anesthesia, and Dr. Guilof provided options to ensure I felt comfortable during the procedure. His care extended throughout the entire experience. Even the anesthesiologist, Brooke, went above and beyond--numbing my hand before placing my IV. The additional time, care, and compassion shown by Dr. Guilof and his entire team were truly exceptional. I cannot thank them enough. Dr. Guilof is not only an outstanding surgeon but also an incredible human being. I wouldn't recommend anyone go anywhere else.

My wife has had dementia since 02/2016. Dr Nolan knows this. We have dual appointments so I can help. Today, Dr Nolan entered the room for a follow up to freeze 2 pre-cancerous spots on Cathy. I had removed the necessary clothing and the doctor entered the room, grabbed the liquid nitrogen without any comment or warning to my wife and began shooting the burning liquid onto her. As I got up to console my wife who was now very upset, the doctor moved on and sprayed the frozen liquid onto my wife's scalp, without comment again. The doctor bolted from the room and her nurse assistant explained follow up care. As the assistant was leaving the room, I asked her to relay to the doctor that I thought her interaction with my wife was very inappropriate. She said that she would do so. As I struggled to get my wife, who remained upset, dressed, the nurse returned and asked if she could help. No comment/apology from Dr. Bridgit Nolan.

During my appointment, Karen Shields injected me in areas I did not request and completely disregarded my clear request to focus only on very fine lines. Instead, I was overfilled, which caused visible and ongoing issues. I was then charged significantly more for a second injection that I did not feel was appropriate or necessary. I am still in the process of dissolving the overfill and addressing the damage that was created, which has been both stressful and costly. When I raised my concerns, Karen did not take accountability and instead dismissed them by telling me that I "looked good," rather than acknowledging the outcome or my experience. After that, the manager, Chelsea, contacted me and fully defended Karen. I was denied support, my follow-up dissolving appointment was canceled, and I was ultimately refused any assistance. I felt completely abandoned as a patient. Additionally, I formally requested my medical records. By law, they are required to provide them within 30 days, and it has now been over 30 days with no records provided. Legal reached out to me offering me money to stay quiet and not post about it and also lying saying that i agree to that they fully took care of me. I would never sign a document with lies for money in return. While the staff initially presents as very friendly, that tone changed completely once I voiced concerns. In my experience, the friendliness felt transactional and disappeared the moment accountability was required. If you are looking for a provider who listens carefully, respects patient consent, and operates with integrity, I strongly recommend going elsewhere.
