I love this store because My mom loved to go here as her favorite clothing store. She got a sequined grey sweater that she liked so much she wore it all the time in our apartment and even in the summer! Everyone who saw it on her raved about it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. No pressure, you can leisurely take it in at your own pace. And the chairs & couches are so comfortable I could relax as she walked from one shmata rack to another. I loved seeing her explore all the styles and then giving me her selections to ring up. It is a pleasure to shop here and the parking is very convenient. Best store for quality & savings. Fist of all the staff is just amazing. Always adding gentle suggestions and pulling together a look for each piece with thoughts on how to mix and match the pieces. They add to the shopping experience for certain ! Bernadette,Susan Jennifer Lille (sport spelling) and crew are much appreciated. As for the clothes well I am a total convert. Million dollar feel and always a polished look. The system pieces are so well balanced and well made you feel incredible in each piece. It is true The first 8 are what I needed to build on. "It is what it is". I know that people lack skills and are extremely rude, but two of these women here, Bernadette and a blond young woman take the cake. Firstly, they never offered help. They were standing around the registers talking about customers who steal, another customer who has cancer and gossiping while we were trying shoes in the couch. Pretty pretty disgusting. We called before we drove quite a while and they explained that there is a promotion. $25 dollars off of $125. Pretty simple. Well, when we got to the register and were ready to check out with a total of over $145.00, these unprofessional, rude women began speaking of exclusions, When we explained that over the phone they stated $25 off of ANY $125 purchase is when she boldly stated "IT IS WHAT IT IS". How do these inept woman wind up in any form of customer service????? The service and the staff in Woodbury is the antithesis of this outlet. They are WONDERFUL in Woodbury!!!! read more

One of the best outlet stores I've seen. Feels pretty close to a conventional retail store in terms of selection and service. The discounts can be substantial. Just be careful, as many classic items in the center are full price. They have a full range of sizes, including petite and plus sizes. Most items are current, with a few odd colors/styles. Accessories, including scarves and belts. This store is always neat as a pin, and the staffers are polite, helpful, and good-natured. They'll hold things for up to three days. read more

I took a trip to Eileen Fisher thinking it was going to be great...however all the clothes were stretched out. Very disappointed will not be rushing back here anytime soon...they are all nice but there style of following up is ok...I wanted to know about a particular pair of shoes and they do not call the other stores they email.....to find out if they have your size but they do not know for another day or so....to me this is poor communication.... read more

So I made the trek from Manhattan to the Secaucus, NJ, Eileen Fisher company store on Sunday 09/03/17. The commute is very easy, I took the 11:40 129 bus from Port Authority ($7.00 round trip) and the driver dropped us off at exactly 12:00 pm (Sunday opening time) right in front of the store which is located in a large distribution type office park. The store is packed full of prior season's and some of this season's goodies and the prices are low, low, low. The only thing you can't get discounted are "The System" items. But everything is brand new and there's plenty of helpful employees. There was a sale that started on Thursday according to some of the regulars so they seemed to be running low on things like the waxed black jeans I so desperately wanted. But over all, I did good. I ended up getting 7 pieces for a total of $470.00, on items that would have cost me $1400. Also, the other good thing is the State of NJ did not charge sales tax on these clothes...ZERO! I'm not sure if it was because of the time of year I was shopping as I always thought it was 3.5% in NJ. Some of the regular ladies advised me to join the mailing list so I'd be notified of up and coming sales. Additionally, I was able to take advantage of the birthday discount so make sure you shop when it's your birthday month. I plan to do all of my shopping at the Eileen Fisher Company Store going forward. You can't beat the prices! I discovered Eileen Fisher last year when walking down 5th Ave. I went into the store and tried on some of the items and couldn't believe the fit and comfort of these clothes. Only problem is they were soooo expensive! But now that I found this outlet I can afford to buy these beautiful clothes! I'm a perfect medium and can sometimes fit a small top. I'm 46-years-old and noticed a lot of the customers were in their late 40's to 70+....But these women really know fashion because these clothes are young and hip in my humble opinion. My boyfriend often jokes, I look like a painter in Eileen Fisher, he calls her fashions schmatas and calls me a schmataholic because I like to shop at "Forever 49" but I don't care!!! I love the fact I can drape my body in fine silk, cashmere, washable crepe and beautiful linens that will remain timeless for years to come. read more

If I could describe my idea of the perfect store, this would be it. It is immaculate with a good selection of well-organized merchandise in sizes ranging from petite to plus. The store is spacious with a nice lounge area with club chairs. The staff are courteous and greet me by name when I come in (I live nearby and come about twice a month). They let me browse at my pace yet are right there when I need help. I particularly appreciate the soft, soothing music they play because I have an aversion to the loud, stress-producing pop garbage that pretty much all other retailers force on their customers nowadays. Markdowns range from 40 to as low as 70 percents below retail. The ultimate advantage of EF clothing is that it is nearly all washable, even the silk and wool pieces, and for me the savings on dry cleaning over time offsets the cost of the clothes. Nearly all EF clothing is of natural materials - silks, wools organic cotton and linen,etc. This is a relief considering that every other brand today uses polyester and synthetics that make me feel like I'm wearing a plastic bag.
