So I called from a block number and got an answer right away and argued with a gentleman for about 20 minutes about the quality of their subs and their customer service they refused to give me a refund, told me that it was not possible. They told me that they tried their best on the quality of the subs and the man also informed me that the bread was not in fact just out of the oven and that they try their best These subs were the driest subs I've ever had and I wouldn't have spent $90 on sandwiches if I had known that they would have come in way below satisfactory I'm definitely not happy with my purchase. I'm not happy with the customer service. I'm not happy with the store in general When asking to speak to a manager or to have contact with a manager they told me that was not an option. When I asked for corporates, phone number or email they told me that also it was not an option. The GRB was very tasty and the soy sauce dressing on the side made a good sandwich that much better. The trio was tasty as well. Since we had it delivered, I never saw the ambiance ( but the gas station looks nice inside!) if I'm in Lake Elsinore I now know of a good local sandwich joint to eat lunch at!!
