I haven't personally visited this location, but after reading the comments, I wanted to say thank you to those who shared their experiences. Waiting an excessive amount of time for something as simple as a bagel is frustrating, and running out of product suggests deeper issues within the team. Multiple comments mention an uncomfortable environment, no real sit-down experience, employees socializing instead of working, and most concerning reports of body parts found in food. Unorganized, bad service, bad attitudes! First of all, walking in, they had gangster rap blaring so loud that they couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. I don't mind the music but it's not at all professional to have curse words in a business. The employees were moving so slowly and not pushing orders out. After 12 minutes of waiting, I asked for a status on my order and was told there were still 5 orders ahead of me. Yet, people that came in and ordered after me were leaving before me. After 20 minutes, I asked again, a different girl this time and was given so much attitude and absolutely no eye contact and my concern was completely dismissed. It deserves a zero but that is not an option I had to say my order three times I wasn't asked if I wanted 1 or 2 oz of lox and the bagel sandwich was barely toasted, barely scooped and had one ring of red onion. I had to say my club number three times and then it didn't go through, but I use it all the time. The only positive was ice water was put together for me w a kid; that was kind, as well as the other employee, not the one on the register, gave me some cream cheese so I could have it on the bagel I ordered it with. I have never seen "Allison" spelled "Alicen" in my life. Also cleaning up to close in an hour is fine as long as customers still get the food, warm preferably. I went in to order a Bacon Avocado Tomato sandwich with two egg whites and avocado on the side. From the moment I walked in, there was no greeting, and it took a long time for someone to take my order. It ended up taking about 45 minutes just to get one sandwich, and even then, it was made incorrectly twice. Even after they attempted to fix it, the order still wasn't right. We submitted a pick up order at 11:31 and estimated time for pick up was 11:59. We get there and the time updated to 12:09. They said it was not ready. Asked for an update at 12:17 and they said that they were barely going to start working on it. They had no sense of urgency and were not friendly at all. I would not order from here again. We gor our food at 12:30. There is no point in ordering ahead. These are simple food items and it shouldn't take as long as it did. We could've been sat at a proper restaurant and had a meal with the same time. Places like this are meant for convenience and it does not fulfill that. OMG, so slow. I walked in to the store and was second in line. I ordered 2 bagels, just like the people in front of me. It took over 15 minutes to receive my order. My first time coming here. My Bagel was pretty good, crunchy and the cream cheese was not overpowering. In the other hand the service was not as good the young lady that took my order look bothered by my present. We have been here for over 30 minutes and they have run out of everything since my 1/2 dozen was ordered. I even asked them to give me a substitute and at least 10 more minutes have passed- and they have still not put the two bagels in the bag, then they said they ran out of them substitutes we asked for. It's obvious that the inventory system that's being used does not track the bagels in real time so as customers are going up to get their orders that they already paid for their finding out that they ran out of everything they ordered we seen multiple other customers with the same problem. And then directly before I asked for a refund, I noticed that the plain bagel that I ordered was not even on the receipt so they couldn't get the order straight. I just ordered a maple house breakfast sandwich, and specifically stated "substitute the pork for sausage," only to get home and there's pork on my sandwich. I absolutely DO NOT eat pork. This is the second time that these people have put pork on my sandwich after I ordered turkey instead. Employees aren't capable of accessing customer's information for online orders. I placed an order online and when I got here the order wasn't ready. When we finally were acknowledged by the employees we were told by them that they were out of the bagels and it would be an additional 15 minutes until they were ready. No apologies from them, just an "it's the manager who has access" kind of response. Customer service is lacking, at least with the online orders. Food is always good, but customer service isn't good at all. I am going to guess that they are all new to the workforce and is still learning how to talk and greet customers.
