Sad, Sad, Sad.... Cass (cashier/employee) needs a class on etiquette, respect and a common sense way of dealing with patrons. I ordered breakfast and waited quite awhile for my order. As I was about to question my order, I literally watched my meal be delivered to a couple a few tables away. I saw Cass walk away thinking nothing of it. She was soon called back to identify the order being delivered incorrectly. She proceeded to take each meal ( two separate plates) back to her work station before figuring out it was our order. She walked over to our table and proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up on my order (I'll give her that) but when I explained that I wasn't comfortable with not knowing if the food had been handled, Cass' response was "ARE YOU SERIOUS?" I couldn't believe what I heard. Wait.. it gets better. I then explain that I preferred a full refund for the meals, her response was (wait for it..) ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Hilarious and so disappointing. Stumbled upon this place during a clinical rotation and loved the vibe. It's a well maintained space that is perfect for some study time or a bite to eat with amazing coffee (the churro). Food is fresh and good portions. The sauce they use in their chilaquiles was not my favorite, that being said everything else I tried was bomb. They have friendly and polite service and options for how sweet you like your coffee, which I appreciate as I do not like it sweet. read more

This pretty cafe located on the first floor of Perris station apartments is definitely a hidden gem. Parking was a bit tough to find on a Saturday morning. The neighborhood can be a bit sketchy. The train station theme is on point however. There's plenty of seating. They were busy so drinks were coming out slowly. There's one person who is making the drinks. I only came for drinks and didn't realize that to the left was a place where drinks were placed. I finally figured it out. Anyway, the didn't have my pour over coffee shop he let me choose any drink of my choice which then I chose the Matcha latte with oat milk. The end result was pretty. He made me a heart coffee art. Came a couple days ago and felt the need to review. They have an interesting menu with a lot of different items. I didn't grab any food though, just two lattes. They don't follow usual Business practices, such as if THEY, The workers themselves, mess up your order they will NOT remake it for you.. even though it's their fault for not knowing how to make their own product. But after coming here and now reading the reviews, the business workers seem a bit emotional, which probably ties into them not wanting to remake a drink they messed up. Coffees we got were eh, nothing special enough to where you can't get it at the next shop tbh, even Starbucks. Always remember though, A Good Business knows the Customer is ALWAYS right! We decided to stop here for lunch. The restaurant was spacious inside and nice. Definitely a mom and pop own restaurant and the environment was nice. We got the mocha coco ice coffee was good if you like that stronger taste of mocha. The tuna melt was delicious with Tapatio. The pesto chicken panini was nicely toasted and was very savory. I decided to get the chicken buffalo fries with the ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The chicken was nicely cooked and was soft. The ranch and buffalo sauce mixed really well with the fries and chicken. Visited for the first time and had a mixed experience. We ordered two lattes, a Danish, and a tuna melt, total was about $36.. The food was ok, but my drink was disappointing. I asked for half sweetener, but it came out overly sweet. After just tasting it, I asked if I could switch to a regular vanilla iced latte like my sister's. The staff checked, but I was told I'd have to get back in line and pay for a new drink. I understand policies, but since the drink was barely touched and didn't match what I asked for, a little flexibility would've made a big difference. Overall, decent food but the service left me unsure about returning. read more

Quickly they do serve hot and cold meals. Offe several milk alternatives Been there a couple times and everything I've gotten is quite nice. Just today while waiting for the train I got their normal latte without any syrup and oatmilk and it tastes quite nice! It seems like actual espresso shot that goes in there is pretty good. They refused to remake my two iced chia after paying for the extra cost of oatmilk. The only solution they gave was to pay for another two making it total of four iced chias when reviving only two. Unfortunately it was not worth my time coming from far, never again. read more

We arrived to not much of a line, there were three separate orders within our group of people, we ordered in the middle of our group. The woman who took our order was nice, she let us know they were out of bacon which was not an issue. After we all placed our order we went and sat down, she did not let our group know that some drinks could be picked up at the counter so drinks were sitting for a little bit. After a little while she came over to the table and let me know that they were also out of tuna (I had ordered the tuna melt) so I had to quickly decide on something else. About 25 minutes after we ordered we finally got our food. The last party in our group never got their food! When they asked about it (almost 40 minutes after they ordered). They noticed that the cook was in the back eating a sandwich. So they just asked for a refund. The woman taking orders was also the only person wiping down tables, taking out trash, and delivering food to tables, on a Saturday afternoon at lunch time. The food was bland, I ended up getting a turkey wrap, it had mostly lettuce and 1-2 slices of sandwich meat turkey, some avocado, and ranch on the side, it did not have any sauces on it. The menu it appears has been significantly scaled back from older menus. We do not live in this area but will not be back and would not suggest it to others. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars is the food. Cesar Salad was massive and delicious. Chicken chipotle melt, Cesar wrap and chicken pesto panini were also delicious. The fries are bomb too. So that's something positive to add. I first started coming to this place a few years ago. Before I would give this place 5 Stars. I'm sad to say after today's visit I'm really disappointed. The drinks here just taste subpar and poorly crafted. My usual Red Berry Kiss drink was super sweet, tasted artificial and medicinal. My family members matcha tasted horrible and cheap. My dads latte had dead shots that tasted burnt and was mostly foam. The employees just look overworked and over it. This place has lost its life for sure and it's even shown in the workers faces. The bathroom situation is a little odd too, I myself and other customers were all confused by the bathroom situation. Having one key makes sense I guess. I think this place can definitely improve on its drink quality and customer service. I'm hoping next time I stop in it will be a better experience. read more

So first time here and I ordered two drinks. This place is super clean. I will be coming back to work from here during the week. I have high hopes for this spot. The food selection looks good and I'll try that next time. Here is what I ordered Affogato- $4.00 very good. I'm not sure where the ice cream comes from but they only have vanilla. 3.5/5 stars Iced Sunrise with tea and orange juice. The tea is red and I'm assuming it's raspberry. It's delicious and looks really cool since the tea floats in top of the orange juice - $16oz 4.75 and 24oz is $5.75- 4/5 stars I will be back soon read more

I had a really upsetting experience here and feel the need to share it. While I was at the cafe, the owner went outside and called the police on an elderly man who wasn't even in front of the cafe. The man was in a wheelchair, appeared to be homeless, and was doing absolutely nothing harmful, he wasn't asking for money or bothering anyone. When the police arrived, the officer spoke with the owner (who was wearing a brown shirt, as shown in the picture), and then pulled out what looked like a taser. The elderly man even tried to speak, and the officer pointed the taser at him and proceeded to search him, while the owner stayed outside watching and waiting. I found this extremely unprofessional and honestly disturbing. It made me feel very uncomfortable witnessing how someone so vulnerable was treated despite not causing any issue. Especially considering this cafe is near an elderly home, the lack of empathy is shocking. This was a place I would have recommended to others, but after this experience, they've completely lost me as a customer. We're all human and deserve basic decency. I will not be coming back. Boycott this place. read more

Buffalo Chicken Wrap is my favorite item here! I love this wrap!!! This is a great place to chill and sip on some coffee while enjoying tasty food. Service was a little slow today, but the workers here were friendly and were working hard to push plates out. I'll definitely come back, but at a different time when it's not too busy! Oh and the Banana Nutella crepe hit the spot I love the Lavender Mocha! I got a bunch of takeout paninis and one order of crêpes. The Panini came with fries or chips. The French fries were really good. Thick cut with the skin still on. The bread on the Panini's is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. It complements the sandwich and is not overwhelming. The sandwiches have a nice amount of fillings. We got the turkey breast panini, ham and cheese panini and the portobello cheese panini. All are delicious. The crepes are banana and Nutella. The crêpes are tender and flavorful with fresh bananas. The Gorgonzola Pecan salad is well constructed and there's enough to share. It has fresh strawberries, dried cranberries, chicken, and Gorgonzola. The vinaigrette was tasty. It makes a healthy addition to the sandwiches/paninis. The service was very efficient and friendly. Shout out to Ariana. The place is very large with lots of comfortable seating. Cutely decorated. A friend who loves this place took me here for lunch. It's pretty big space, very clean. We both got lavender lattes. I got the chicken churri sandwich and my friend got the poblano burger, which is her fave. The latte was sooo good. Bold lavender flavor it was creamy and refreshing. I ordered the red chilaquiles expecting them to be good along with the molletes. Unfortunately they were both disappointing. I ordered them to go and when I opened the salsa I was a thrown off by the pink color. I decided to give it a shot and poured it on top. They were not good in my opinion, the salsa was bland and had more of a tomato flavor than a red salsa flavor. I ended up throwing the entire plate away. As for the molletes, they also lacked flavor. The bread didn't taste fresh. Overall disappointed on both entrees especially given the price I think $16/ each. The only reason why I'm giving it 2 starts is because I did get an oat milk latte and that was really good. I've been here before and have had their crepes and sandwiches and they were decent which is why I think I was even more disappointed in my orders today. read more
