I mean, you can't go wrong with a good bagel. I came here randomly and I didn't want to wait in the Starbucks like. Surprisingly it doesn't smell like burnt toast inside like other locations usually do. Only 2-tables inside and selective seating outside. The customer service was on point. I came midday and ordered a coffee with my bagel and none of the coffee was hot. I asked to exchange my drink, but they literally stopped what their were doing to brew me more hot coffee. Love the bagels, but the mobile order experience needs improvement. I placed my order about 30 minutes in advance, yet it took a total of 55 minutes to receive it. They didn't start preparing it until we had already been in the store for a while, and we were asked twice about the order before it was finally started about 45 minutes after we arrived. We ordered pizza bagels ..... Mobile orders would be much more successful if timing and coordination were handled better. My husband walked in and ordered a lot and bagel a kids cheese pizza bagel and a veggie sandwich. We live 30 mins away and got home and they forgot my veggie sandwich. Very very disappointing. I came here today around 10ish and what a horrible , poor customer service from the lady who was making bagels she was wearing a black shirt , short and with tattoos on her arms and the other a yellow shirt (Yesenia) . Yesenia was nice however, the lady in black shirt seriously needs some customer service skills or get another job if this is not for her. I get that food business can be stressful but if you need the job and pay your bills then maybe change your horrible attitude. The coffee was COLD and a pregnant lady and myself asked to be warm or heated Yesenia went to her(black shirt lady) and she said "they can't warm the coffe" and Yesenia offered to warm it up in the microwave instead . She did for 30 seconds for mine but it was still cold . I did not want to stress about that so I did not even asked again. #2 the lady in shirt messed up a customer name Nancy's order who she placed in advance and when she got there it was 20 min and her order was not ready. The customer of course was upset and Yesenia apologize but the lady in black shirt started instead of apologizing she argued with her saying every bagel takes 6 min and pretty much to wait . Wow! . Lastly, we spent about $60 and she couldn't even cut our bagels in half I know this is a franchise store like Noah's Bagels but as an owner you should hire employees that meets the standards of the brand or at least make CUSTOMER SERVICE your priority so customers can return ! Worst service ever I ordered my food at 9:12 for pickup at 9:30. I arrived at the store at 9:26 and every one that made an order after I arrived received their food before me. I sat there until 10:06. The worker did not even call out my order just sat it behind some boxes they had in the pick up area. They are so slow and inattentive a customer walked up moved the uboxes and took the food that was there. We went in on a Saturday morning around 9 and there were three people working. I ordered a maple French toast bagel with plain cream cheese and a 6 cheese bagel with onion and chive cream cheese and they were both pretty tasty. I love the amount of cream cheese they put on them. We didn't wait longer than 10 minutes for the bagels. They did have a lot of orders they were working on. I saws the girl working the register constantly changing her gloves after she handled money and grabbing bagels. I wish they had more variety to choose from and far as bagels. I would love a bagel with pepperoni and cheese on top ( not what they already have on the menu where they add the pepperoni and cheese) but overall I'll definitely being going again to try a bagel sandwich next read more

I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt the need to speak up. My wife, our baby, and I stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels hoping for a quick breakfast. While waiting, I noticed an employee wearing gloves while working the register -- handling cash and touching surfaces -- then immediately turning around to prepare food without changing gloves. That's a serious food safety concern. We were going to share the food with our baby, and seeing that made us very uncomfortable. We asked for a refund, and the person who came to help us simply said, "We don't do refunds." No apology, no concern, no attempt to make things right -- just a flat-out refusal. We left without eating but we demanded our money back. The situation could have been handled so much better -- even a basic apology and a little effort to understand our concern would've gone a long way. As great as the employees were doing for only being a team of two, they were obviously stressed out. Management, do better. This location has no seating inside or out. It is located next to a Starbucks so parking lot is bustling. I ordered a green chili bagel with onion & chive shmear and a twice baked hash brown. The bagel is spicy but it doesn't say that on the menu. Also this bagel has no hole like a bialy. The shmear is very thin. The bagel is tender and tasted freshly baked. This location doesn't cut them in half. The hash brown is cheddar cheese - the menu doesn't say. They don't have ketchup out. The app says "To ensure speedy service customization is limited. Full customization is offered in bakery " but, they do not have kiosks so maybe you can tell them at the register but their my rewards in the app requires you to add it to a mobile order. Unorganized, bad service, bad attitudes! First of all, walking in, they had gangster rap blaring so loud that they couldn't hear me and I couldn't hear them. I don't mind the music but it's not at all professional to have curse words in a business. The employees were moving so slowly and not pushing orders out. After 12 minutes of waiting, I asked for a status on my order and was told there were still 5 orders ahead of me. Yet, people that came in and ordered after me were leaving before me. After 20 minutes, I asked again, a different girl this time and was given so much attitude and absolutely no eye contact and my concern was completely dismissed. Asked for an update at 12:17 and they said that they were barely going to start working on it. They had no sense of urgency and were not friendly at all. I would not order from here again. We gor our food at 12:30. There is no point in ordering ahead. These are simple food items and it shouldn't take as long as it did. We could've been sat at a proper restaurant and had a meal with the same time. Places like this are meant for convenience and it does not fulfill that.
