My only minor critique is that I asked several times via email if they needed directions, and they said no - but then called the morning of the party to say they couldn't find our location. All was fine and they still arrived on time but I wish we had clarified this a little sooner. Overall, would recommend them for a kids' party or any event needing a bouncy house. So much fun to have a jumper--definitely worth the money we paid for hours of fun for adults and kids! We got the funhouse and they even provided a ball to play with! EJ was really easy to work with--very responsive to phone calls and email! I was afraid the jumper may not fit in my yard. I sent him a photo and he assured me it would work out! He came with his crew the day of and set up the jumper in less than half an hour. They vacuumed and wiped it down before they left so I didn't have to worry about doing it. We have had bounce houses at our daughters' birthday party 3 out of the last 4 years, each time using EJ. The pricing is reasonable (we get the deal that includes bounce house, tables and chairs) and the service is awesome -- excellent communication, super friendly crew, they come early in the day and get everything set up and running quickly, leave plenty of time for a nice, un-rushed party, and then pick it all up at the end of the day. We always have some other activities/games for the kids, but the bounce house ends up being 80% of the entertainment and the kids don't seem to get tired of it (the parents like to go in and jump, too, when the party is winding down and there are fewer kids). read more

I just had the worst experience ever with anyone I have ever done business with. The experience began with a series of emails and a booking confirmation for my baby shower which went well according to my wife. We called EJ Jumpers the morning of the party because they were late. They said they knew nothing of our booking but would try to accomodate us anyway. They arrived well into our party as we waited with a house full of kids and adults. As I approached the person who was about to set up my jumper, I shared with him my concerns about their being late and not knowing of our booking. His immerdiate response was "Well I can just leave if you are going to hassle me." I was challenged by his answer and as he raised his voice and got into his truck and drove off, I stood in disbelief at his behavior, lack of professionalism and disregard for providing a service that was confirmed through several emails and phone conversations. I pride myself on being a small business owner and love recommending good services to all the parents and children I serve. Can't get any better than EJ! Had them come and drop off a jumper today for my soon to be 3yo's birthday Paw-ty and their service was amazing! I called them about 2 weeks out to order the jumper and for $10 more I got 2 tables 12 chairs and a piñata! SO WORTH IT! (Side note: you fill the piñata with your own candy). EJ called a day before to confirm and called again the day of the event to confirm time and drop off. GREAT COMMUNICATION! When they arrived they were really fast with the set up. MAJOR PLUS was that they took the extra step to clean and vacuum the inside of the jumper.
