We got carne asada, Al pastor, and carnitas tacos. None of the meat tasted seasoned at all. The salsa also was just a little spicy but no real flavor. Just tasted like onions. The tortillas were also really soft and squishy, which was an odd texture.

I got the al pastor super quesadilla and I can officially say this was the best super quesadilla I've had since moving to Chico. Thank you!

I decided to indulge and ordered three rolls, the fried Gyoza, and a can of Coke. Overall, it cost 45 bucks. It's pricey, but I think it's worth it, and I like supporting local food trucks. The rolls were large and freshly prepared. The Gyoza was piping hot and deliciously fried. The flavors of everything were distinct and not complicated. I love to eat, but I should've only ordered two rolls as the third filled my belly. The staff is pleasant and attentive. I believe it's the owner, asked me to come over, and informed me that the mango he just opened for one of the rolls was not ripe. He substituted avocado instead. I definitely appreciated that. Even with the substitution, the role was fire.

Steak hibachi was on point great flavor and the red rice! Amazing so good and fresh - loved how the veggies were cooked too nice and tender but not mushy! The sauce was perfect also which added that nice touch. Okay the crunch bowl - WOW! So the tempura is perfectly cooked and the amount of avocado was fabulous! And it might seem like just white rice but it's perfect! Oh and the gyoza - they were literally perfectly cooked! We will go back and try some other goodies! Thank you for making amazing food!

Tom Toms - Rolls. I can't remember which was the Fire or the TNT or the Tiki. The menu is clear and lists the ingredients well.

We stopped for a late lunch at The Ranch Hand yesterday. I had high expectations based on what I've…read moreheard about their burgers, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Heeler (because blue cheese, duh) and my partner ordered the Cowboy. I was pleasantly surprised that burgers came with fries... these days, most places try to up-charge any side. My partner is kind of a burger snob and he said he'd give it a 7.5/10... but his favorite burger is from 5th Street Steakhouse, so the competition is stiff Lol I would say it was a 9/10 for me. The highs? The gourmet bun was toasted and branded with their logo, the produce was fresh, the bacon was hot off the grill, and the entire thing was cooked to order. The slight misses? I ordered the sea salt & vinegar fries and they were too salty for me... and that's saying something because I love salt. The burger patty was also a much leaner beef than we expected... and while "my health journey" appreciates that, it wasn't super juicy or tender, despite being cooked to a perfect level of doneness. All that to say: I'll for sure be back... I love to shop small and support local, and it's much easier to do when businesses like this are putting out such good quality eats!
