Note; they will not service existing gutters, they will tear out any existing gutters and replace, probably for the better. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. Even if they dont or if there is an issue, I am confident Keith and Jose can remedy it. I am extremely pleased with their service. Also i zelled to avoid a credit card fee. This company quoted me approximately $3,000 for what was essentially the same type of job -- more than double the price. I completely understand that businesses have overhead and prices change, but there's a difference between charging a fair price and simply being wildly overpriced. A quote of $3,000 for a job I previously paid $1,300 for was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because I genuinely wanted to support a veteran-owned company. I just can't justify paying more than twice what the same work has cost me before. Being veteran-owned is something I'm happy to support, but it shouldn't be used as a reason for customers to overlook an unreasonable price. Shop around and get multiple quotes before committing. I'm glad I did.

Excellent service and a more than reasonable pricing for the work we needed done!!…read more Recently had an issue with clogged down spouts and water flowing on the property. We reached out to Grizzly Brother Gutters for an estimate on a cleanout with gutter covers install. We were contacted by Nicholas who was extremely understanding of the situation. He quickly got us an appointment for an inspection and estimation. During the inspection, we found that the existing gutters were installed incorrectly and we had water pooling in some gutters. He was able to get the initial estimate on the stainless steel mesh covers we wanted. But after finding the other issues, he wanted to get us set up with a reliable setup without incurring too much expense. We advised that we were okay with a full replacement and continued with the process. We agreed that upgrading to 6" gutters and 3x4 downspouts was the way to go to address the water flowing issues. They were able to get us setup with a replacement solution in a weeks time. We addressed all the pooling issues and relocated some of the downspouts. The process was extremely painless and they took care of everything needed. **After a couple of weeks we found that a cap had a slow leak above the garage. Everything else has been doing splendidly. We reached out to Nick and he replied to me in a few minutes was able to get someone out to correct this the next day. They even made some additions for us to finish off the look of the gutters. He took really good care of us and we really wanted to show our appreciation for the care they brought to our home.

Overall, I cannot say that I would recommend this company to a friend. Although initial…read morecommunication was great, the company had to make several visits to my home in order to complete the job to my satisfaction. I spoke with Ben at AM Gutters and scheduled an estimate for December 10th. He texted the morning of the 10th to ask if we could reschedule for Wednesday the 11th, I told him no problem and ended up getting an estimate on the 11th for which I signed a contract. I was told that his crew would come out to install the gutters on December 18th. On December 18th, the crew still had not shown up by 3 pm that afternoon. I texted Ben and he let me know that they were on their way. When they showed up, the vehicle had the name and phone number of another gutter company which concerned me. I called Ben and he reassured me that these individuals were not subcontractors, that they were part of his crew. Because of their late arrival, the gutters were not finished that evening and I was told that they would return the next day to finish the job. The crew did return on December 19th to finish the job and Ben sent me a text stating that he had inspected everything and that it looked great. Since I had arrived home late that evening I did not look at the gutters until the next morning, December 20th. When I went to inspect everything, I noticed that the downspouts of the gutters were all at different heights, and that some of the gutters were draining directly next to the foundation. My understanding is that gutters are supposed to divert the rain water away from the foundation to avoid shifting of the foundation, so gutters that dump rain right next to my foundation were unacceptable. Also the fact that the downspouts were all various lengths looked unprofessional. I had also paid for screens to be installed on the gutters so that leaves would not accumulate in the gutters. When inspecting the screens, I noticed that there were a couple of gaps between screens that were installed, totally defeating the purpose of the screen. I contacted Ben on December 20th via text message and sent him photos of the things that I would like corrected. On December 30th, a different individual, in a completely different vehicle with yet another gutter company name and phone number on the side, came to inspect the gutters and see what corrections needed to be made. This same individual then returned on December 31st and finished the job satisfactorily. I feel that this company does use subcontractors to complete their gutter jobs, or at least several different crews, and the quality of workmanship depends on which crew you get. I have included photos of the different vehicles that showed up to my house, and the downspouts of various lengths. In the end I am happy with my gutters, but the whole process was frustrating.
