All we can say is wow! Amazing job, they came this afternoon and cleaned the windows and they look amazing. We had a pool constructed this past winter which got the windows filthy and we could not get the windows clean ourselves, trust me I tried. They came and cleaned them super fast with awesome results. This is a service I was giving my daughter. I live in another town so found them via the internet. Of the other three companies I contacted not one got back to me. Erik was polite and helpful. On day of installation, my doorbell rang at the exact minute they said they would be there. Jose (Joey) and Lido did a wonderful job with the installation. They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. We reached out to Grizzly Brother Gutters for an estimate on a cleanout with gutter covers install. We were contacted by Nicholas who was extremely understanding of the situation. He quickly got us an appointment for an inspection and estimation. During the inspection, we found that the existing gutters were installed incorrectly and we had water pooling in some gutters. He was able to get the initial estimate on the stainless steel mesh covers we wanted. But after finding the other issues, he wanted to get us set up with a reliable setup without incurring too much expense. We advised that we were okay with a full replacement and continued with the process. We agreed that upgrading to 6" gutters and 3x4 downspouts was the way to go to address the water flowing issues. They were able to get us setup with a replacement solution in a weeks time. We addressed all the pooling issues and relocated some of the downspouts. The process was extremely painless and they took care of everything needed. **After a couple of weeks we found that a cap had a slow leak above the garage. Everything else has been doing splendidly. We reached out to Nick and he replied to me in a few minutes was able to get someone out to correct this the next day. They even made some additions for us to finish off the look of the gutters. He took really good care of us and we really wanted to show our appreciation for the care they brought to our home.

I've never used a service to hand wash the windows outside and inside our home, and I was incredibly fortunate to have found Windows Heaven. From the very first contact through their website, booking, service and payment were so easy and seamless. Erick texted us a reminder a few days before the appointment and again when they were on their way to our home. They arrived when they said they would, did fantastic work and I paid using Venmo. Needless to say, I did not pay the increase and I severed my lengthy relationship with Will Davis. I am not that price sensitive, but I am extremely slimy-usiness-practices sensitive. Update: Will read my 100% truthful review, did not accept responsibility, and needed to fight back (as the bible teaches I guess). He responded. "The review was a poor choice and a direct reflection of YOUR true character. I will pray for you."

We didn't realize the bottom track of each window wasn't included in the price. Upon realizing this factor, we called the business and paid to add the service. The gentlemen then began carelessly working on the task. They did not clean their areas, in fact, my husband had to get the shop vac to clean up their messes after they left our home. The workers mis counted the windows-another example of their lack of attention to detail. They were rushing and clearly just wanted to be done. We wrote the company with our concerns before writing this review. It has been more than two months since our letter and we have not heard from them regarding our concerns.
