I forget the gentleman's name but it was similar to Eddie (sorry if I am mistaken). He was very welcoming. Showed us the stock he had and how the ordering process would be. My husband was very interested in the ramp style sinks which I felt was not splash minimizing. He wasn't convinced I was right until Eddie corrected his misconception. Seeing that we had kids, he definitely didn't recommend the ramp style unless it's for a guest room or we had a cleaner maintaining it daily. The more practice and useful sink is the tradition basin ones. It was nice to be right but most importantly it was backed up by someone who had professional experience. We looked at some hang up vanities and stationary. The warehouse product amount wasn't overwhelming but also wasn't lacking in my opinion. Though we didn't go with them for a vanity purchase due to price, their quality of work on the products looked good. Customer service is great and definitely not trying to up sell anyone here. I forgot the guy's name who helped me and my boyfriend but they were very kind and polite. They gave a heads up to us and other customers that they were going to close the store briefly to go to use the restroom and will shortly come back to reopen. Which we understood and made our way to purchase. There was a group people who walked in and the customer service worker informed the same notice. The group heard the notice and agreed. However, while I was getting ringed up for my purchase, one of the guys in the group said a rude comment as they the exited the store. The guy said, "Have a nice sh*t". The customer service worker kept it professional despite the unnecessary remark. They politely informed everyone and have the right to use the restroom. On a busy Saturday due to a pop up, I recommend management to have 2 employees work on a shift to avoid rude customers in this situation. There was only one person working and they did not deserve that comment. Overall, I used my new cast beer glass 15 oz for my iced shaken espresso and it's the perfect size and simply beautiful!
