Stopped and plugged the heated lining in and things got a little less chilly until the plug and socket parted company. I stopped and plugged in the jacket several times during the remainder of my 1.5-hour journey this fudging about made me late for work. This is not a toasty item of clothing, when I did get to work I was still cold Two days and only one journey later: I went back to the shop with an exchange of jacket and the purchase of a separate heated lining from a different maker in mind. This is what happened. The staff in the shop were not afraid to show how pissed off they were when I returned the jacket telling them it was not warm and I would like an exchange and balance refund. The staff asked no further questions but insisted I could only have a CREDIT NOTE as I had worn the jacket. I'm now stuck with an £80 credit note I don't want to spend in a shop like this.

Have a Friend who brought a Brand new scooter from these Jokers (A & R Motorcycles) and within…read moreweeks it broke down, won't start or the stand would break or it won't start or the stand would break, or the scooter won't start - (no I didn't repeat myself that's what kept happening within cpl months of buying scooter NEW). It's been a faulty scooter and BROKEN DOWN at least 10 times and most of this all within the first year (first few weeks) of taking ownership, not even 2 years old from new and just keeps breaking down and she gets fobbed off quick repair job done. My friend has been ripped off with a dodgy scooter that was meant to be new. She has spent enough to almost buy a NEW 2nd scooter. She won't say nothing against them - So I have spoken out instead rotten customer service and unhappy with whats meant to be a Brand New Scooter
