We stood at the entrance for over 10 minutes without a single employee acknowledging us. No greeting, no "we'll be right with you," nothing. Eventually, the only way we were able to sit down was because I had to find and seat us at a table myself. The restaurant was busy, but that's not an excuse for the complete lack of basic service and organization. Getting to the table itself was difficult because of the cramped layout, which made navigating the restaurant challenging, especially with my 12-year-old son who uses a wheelchair. Once seated, someone finally brought drinks along with chips and salsa. Unfortunately, that was the last interaction we had with any employee. We then sat there for 35 minutes. During that entire time not one single person checked on our table, acknowledged the wait, apologized for the delay, or asked if we needed drink refills. It honestly felt like our table had been completely forgotten. After waiting that long with zero communication or service, we finally got up and left. We never even had the chance to try the food. Restaurants get busy. That's understandable. What's not understandable is completely ignoring customers for nearly an hour after seating them. The lack of awareness, organization, and customer service here was unacceptable.

They have 5 fillings to chose from: shredded beef, chicharron, potato, beans, and cheese. We wanted to try them all so we opted for a Personal Pack (a canasta taco of each filling) for each of us. They cranked these out pretty fast and we hurried home to devour them. It was hard resisting the urge to eat then on the road. Got home, opened the foil wrapped and stared at the goodness. These tacos where thin and beautiful stacked one of top of the other. Where to start?? Decided to start the the top with the cheese taco. Then the shredded beef, follows by the chicharron, the the potato and finishing with the bean. The Personal Pack comes with a couple of salsas and instead of lettuce and tomatoes for adding to your tacos, they include shredded cabbage, onions and carrots which gave the tacos a spectacular crunch to contrast the soft fillings. All these soft, corn, tacos were excellent but my favorite was definitely the potato. Definitely reminded me of my childhood growing up Mexico. These tacos may look small and thin, but they're definitely filling. I did the Machacado Taco (add potatoes) and a Sausage Patty & Egg Taco add Pico. These beauties are huge! The tortillas are fresh, doughy, and delicious! And you have to add Salsa Verde, yum! The service here is excellent. They have the sweetest team young ladies who handle every table with great efficiency and effort. The vibes are absolutely chill and is most definitely a classic neighborhood mom and pop Mexican restaurant. The best kind for a solid breakfast. This is turning into a Sunday Breakfast tradition.
