They still have all the amazing sandwiches and super friendly staff. The location is clean and we opted to use the bar seating while we were there, but they have booths and tables as well. If you have not been in a while now is a good time to stop in since they have an even bigger selection of great food!

First, the staff deserves credit--their energy and kindness were 10/10. The person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. The food itself was good, but I was disappointed that my order was made incorrectly. I specifically asked for only tomatoes and pickles on my burger, but it came with cheese and a sauce. Luckily, I was planning to eat just the patty, so I was able to rinse it off, but if I had intended to eat it as a regular burger, it would have completely ruined the meal as the bun was covered in the sauce. My sub was excellent, and I appreciated the staff's sauce recommendations. However, I was surprised that the homemade sauce came with a $1.10 charge for each side of sauce--that feels pretty excessive. To make matters worse, I didn't even receive one of the sauces I paid for. I understand they are homemade but it is a 1.5 oz container... My biggest disappointment, though, was the chips. It may sound minor, but when a meal is priced and advertised as a complete meal, you'd expect a reasonable portion. The "side" of chips was literally about seven whole chips' worth, mostly crushed into pieces. It was especially disappointing when compared to the portion of fries. Overall, the food has a lot of potential, and the staff was fantastic, but the incorrect order, extra sauce charges, missing sauce, and tiny chip portion really took away from the experience. My advice: upgrade the chips so you actually get a side, double-check your order before you leave (even if there's no one else in there) , and be aware that the sauces cost extra.

I ordered the Big version of the Prime Beef sandwich thinking I'd take half home for leftovers. Unfortunately the 1st have was so darn delicious, I ate the 2nd half. Yes, I'm uncomfortably full now but due entirely to my lack of discipline . The sandwich shocked me how good it was. We used to love Quizno's toasted subs but they have been long gone. So glad to see a toasted sub place again. The wife ordered same sub - original size, and loved it too. We will definitely be back again and again to try different options.

I stopped in after doing some shopping and placed my order online so it would be ready by the time I finished. I ordered the chicken club sandwich and a Dream Bar. It was after 8 p.m. on a Saturday, and the restaurant was pretty much empty. My order was ready ahead of the quoted pickup time, which I appreciated. However, the sandwich didn't quite live up to what I remember. The bread didn't taste as fresh as I expected, and the sandwich was lukewarm instead of warm and toasty like I've experienced at other locations. The Dream Bar was also not quite what I remembered. It didn't have the same richness or taste that made it a favorite for me in the past. I'm not sure if the time of day impacted the quality, but the overall experience just didn't match the Potbelly I remember from Chicago. That said, because I've had great experiences with this brand in the past, I'd be open to giving this location another try. They had room on the patio but we wanted the air conditioning. The June specials menu looked awesome. The monthly soup is cauliflower. I had the cucumber sandwich (the cool cuke?) and asked for it toasted. Choice of side was chips, coleslaw, potato salad, etc. I had potato salad/ it was good- a little bacon in it and perfectly seasoned. My sando came out toasted but they forgot the cucumbers! Our server brought me out sliced cucumbers so I added them myself. They were a little thick. I did not know but you can ask for pickles and they're free! They dropped off a large jar of pickles. Only two of us wanted them and they toss them if you don't finish them, so I took a few home. I only ate half my sandwich. Ir was super meaty. I recommend it! And the potato salad was a hearty scoop. I can't believe all of that was only $13 plus tax and tip. What a deal. Our food came out all together and didn't take forever. We sat. We ate. We charted. A good time was had! Checks came out promptly. Our group goes to this place often and I was pleasantly surprised that the server remembered some of the gal's usual drink order. Amazing! Great place for lunch! Sandwich was awesome. I will be back.

The food includes a lot of simple, staple salads and sandwiches, and the salads always hit home for me. Today I got the Legend (their version of an Italian sub) for the first time, and it might be my new favorite there! Very good, not too much or too little meat, but good value. The free pickles they give you to start are another highlight - they are always tasty and the perfect way to start lunch! I'll certainly be back to sit on their airy patio and appreciate the casual, nice service.

The inside is just as nice as the outdoor area but with the comfort of good A/C and good vibes. As expected, we know going into these food stalls that the prices will be premium due to the expected high rent that these places probably pay. So when we saw waffle sandwich bar, we thought the prices seemed reasonable. The brisket melt waffle sandwich looked reasonable at $18. With taxes and the service fee that all restaurants charge at the hall, it came out to $20. We were expecting a generous based on the price, but we were extremely disappointed with the 3 slices of chopped brisket in the sandwich, and the small size of the waffles. The flavor was good but I'm worried this place won't be able to survive as I am usually pretty forgiving with restaurants but I had to be honest about our experience here. I hope if they continue charging these prices that they'll be a bit more generous with their portion size going forward.
