Honestly, this place is a hidden gem. The tacos were packed with flavor super fresh, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The tortillas had that homemade feel with just the right texture, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. The green sauce was so good, it took everything to another level. Found this place on a whim. I really, really should've read the reviews before coming. PREORDER YOUR FOOD BY TEXTING THEM. Don't be like me and order there, you'll end up waiting 30mins on a busy night...watching everyone else pick-up their delicious smelling bags of food. Steak, chicken, Barbacoa, and potato tacos. Steak burrito. Extra hot sauce. Horchata. Filling is abundant, tacos are pre-sauced, limes on the side, good prices for the quality and quantity of the food. Great location with decent parking availability as well. Super cozy under the oak tree. I absolutely housed the tacos. They were really good, not typical flavors in my opinion. Maybe like a different regional flavor of the standard al pastor and carnitas that we're used to but really really good. I used to live in LA and these would almost be better than the ones at my LA spot...if Francisco's made their own fresh tortillas. Don't let the tacos sit for long, they get soggy and the tortillas will tear. My new favorite, go-to spot. So sorry to fiesta Mexico in Apopka. read more

I wanted to give them a try and was craving tacos, so I was glad they were open when I was close by! They are a taco truck parked underneath a big oak tree and that makes it nice. The staff is nice and you get to ring a bell of they are busy preparing food. The lady that took my order was nice and I was able to pay with my card and my food did not take long to be ready for me to take it to go. They offer tacos, quesadillas, hot dogs, burgers and sodas. I was craving tacos so I had a chicken taco, al pastor taco and a shrimp taco (this one came in a flour tortilla). I had them Mexican style (cilantro, onion, sauce and guac) and they sure hit the spot. Made to order, fresh and tasty. We just tried this place for the first time and it was fresh and delicious! I'll be back as the prices are good too! If you're in the area, you must try it if you like tacos. delicious tacos, friendly service, tacos are always hot and fresh! the horchata is my favorite drink. can't go wrong with any of the tacos but my faves are definitely al pastor and steak. i'm always checking their hours on their facebook page and texting your order in is much more efficient, so keep that in mind if you're super hungry! typically 20 minutes but can go up to 35-40 on busy nights. soooo worth it! read more

Absolutely incredible, best taco I've ever had. I'm a vegetarian, and the menu was amenable to my diet, and the chef was very helpful when it came to ordering. You will never have a better street tacos than this. Hands down the absolute BEST! I have been enjoying Fransiscos food truck since 2018 and the quality and consistency is amazing. I now have become obsessed with his burritos! My recommendation is the pernil (taco, burrito or quesadilla) but the chorizo is great too (and I do not like chorizo, so that's saying something!! If you want the best tacos you've ever had, make sure you follow him on FB so you know when he's open. Absolutely worth it!! read more

I read some really good reviews on this one and decided to give it a try. Imagine my surprise to find it a stand right in front of a a Lowes. Having had good luck with hot dog stands in similar settings I walked up and read the menu. It is a pretty simple menu with tacos, burritos, hot dogs and a few other things. I asked what they recommended and they suggested the tacos. There are a few filling choices and a good variety of toppings. I opted for 3 tacos. One each of chicken, ground beef and chorizo. I mixed up the toppings by getting cilantro, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I started with the chicken and it was fantastic. It was hot and had a lit of flavor. Next was the ground beef which was sort of average. I felt the beef itself needed more seasoning, but the toppings made up the difference. Last was the chorizo. I was cautious on this one because sometimes it is really hot. While this was a bit spicy, it did not overpower. For $6, I have no complaints. I will definitely be back to try more of their menu. read more

Let me tell you what, this is absolutely incredible i can't believe it took me so long to try this place! You can text your order prior to your arrival and it's ready to be picked up you'll receive a text back! The red sauce is just the right amount of heat. Where do I begin? I love love love this place! It's in the cut the but you will not be disappointed. I have been going here for years since they were located right across the street at lowes and I will come back more and more. Best advice is to shoot them a text with your order and it does take some time.. but when you get it you will cry with the amounts of flavor you get! So I happened upon this joint/food truck parked in front of Lowe's in Fern Park off of 17-92 just South of 436 by Krystal. Authentic would be an understatement based on my steak Mexican street taco that I added cheese to! It was $2 and it was delicious. The clincher was their homemade hot sauce (available upon request) that was awesome. They appeared to be a husband and wife couple and the patrons were all Latin which was obviously a great sign lol They said they're open between 1-2pm til 7pm Tuesday-Saturday. Being from California, it's tough to find my favorite authentic style Al Pastor tacos, especially here in Seminole county. Francisco's nails it! I grade on a curve. I'm giving Francisco's top marks for quality, creativity, consistency, and flavor. The curve is... this is a taco trailer sometimes found in front of Lowe's in Fern Park. You can get some traditional "home-improvement" meals like burgers and hot dogs. Skip them and go for the Pernil Tacos. Or steak or grilled chicken or al pastor. The burritos are equally delicious and quite large. Today I ordered a salad and it was also fantastic. Want to know when they will be open and in place? I'll be honest, I wasn't too impressed. Maybe I caught them on an "off" day, but the food was not really worth the hype. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and a pulled pork taco. I waited what seemed like 30 minutes, but may have been 20. It's at a stand (like a food truck) so I was not expecting to wait that long for something I could go through a taco bell drive thru and get. Of course the food is fresher and I'm sure needs more time for preparation, it just wasn't worth my lunch break waiting for. The food was ok, but nothing to really rave about. Note: with the quesadillas, they grill all the ingredients inside together, so if you want lettuce and sour cream or any other cold toppings, just know that they will grill it in the quesadilla (yuck). This truck rivals some of your favorite taco spots in Central Florida! This place is located right in front of Lowe's home improvement, and since I'm not in any way, shape or form a handy man, i was happy to see that i wasn't the only one who made the drive just for TACOS!! This is probably one of the best tacos I've had in Orlando. The price is great and the flavor is there. Anytime I want a taco, this is the place I come too. Love the street tacos here. My one complaint is that their hours seem to fluctuate, and nothing online reflects whatever happens to be accurate for that day. I called at 3pm when the truck was not out there, and I was told "we will be open at 1pm." Umm...ok? I guess they have a time machine back there somewhere. read more

Francisco's taco truck serves up some seriously delicious food! The burrito was packed with flavor and the chicken tacos were juicy and well-seasoned. The tacos al pastor were definitely a standout -- tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. They had 3 different hot sauces, both the reds were my favorites, but the tacos come with a generous amount already, so extra might not be necessary for most. The only downside was the wait time. It took quite a while for our order to be ready, so I'd recommend calling or ordering ahead if you're short on time. We texted ahead and it still took a full hour before the food was ready.
