They were excellent and my non-vegan sister who has very high flavor standards thought so as well. The love of my life, who can be picky at times, tasted them as well and thought they were good. When I got back home I tried the pastel de yuca stuffed with black beans and rice. I put it in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 300 degrees and it was perfect. The instructions were for oven or microwave, but I think I made the right choice. It was big and tasty though I did steal some of the slaw that goes with the papusas for a little crunch and brightness. I also got tamales and the aforementioned papusas, but I they're still in the freezer. HIGHLY recommend. You can get it hot at the farmers market but if you want 100 things like I did, order ahead and either get it delivered for $5 or choose a pick-up site.
