It's a great place for breakfast and they have a huge assortment of pastries. The lunch and dinner bar looks good but didn't try.

2017's 100 Reviews Challenge! 7/100:…read more "K-fé D' Aquí" is a small kiosk-like coffee shop right in Camuy's downtown plaza. They prepare local Puerto Rico coffee and have a small, but complete, coffee menu. They also serve sandwiches and pastries, even though you don't see the menu around; you just have to ask for the menu. Sandwiches and coffee are prepared right there and then and everything is fresh. Pastries and brought in daily. Ladies serving the coffee shop are attentive, polite and quick to prepare your order. Went there once and asked for a "Double shot latte" or as the locals call it "Café con leche". For those of you who don't know much about Puerto Rico's coffee culture... Most Puerto Ricans take their coffee with milk and technically, it's not a Latte since Lattes tend to have more milk than coffee, while the "café con leche" has 75% coffee and the rest is milk. So even though it's not a "machiato or cortadito", coffee with milk tends to be a bit darker than your regular latte. Besides that, Juan had "un café espresso negro", which would translate to a double espresso. We were both pleased with our coffees and I had to task for a second one because I was craving good old fashioned "Café con leche". These three coffees came out to a total of little under $5.00. Not bad, huh!? If in the area, definitely stop here to enjoy the plaza, the surroundings, culture and most importantly, great inexpensive coffee!
