At this point I said I could take 2 twelve packs in place of the case. She stated well they cost more so she can't do that. It was finally decided there were no cases in the store. I felt under the circumstances she should have replaced it with 2 twelve packs. She would not. So I said after all this time now I have to go to customer service to get a refund and I have to go to another store all sticky and wet with pop. Joann went to customer service and got the refund herself and it didn't take long. That's not the point ! There is no such thing as good customer service anymore its ridiculous that this store could not replace with 2 twelve packs. 1 of the cans hit my shin bone and is bruising as I type. I realize this was not my or the stores fault but it should have been about customer service. This will also be made public on my FB page for many to see Cashwise customer service and how ridiculous it is.

Walmart to the rescue and that means that I get to review my 79th Walmart in my 23rd state. Yep, I've hit a few here and there. This Walmart was in pretty good condition. Clean, bright, neatly laid out in the usual Walmart format. I was able to easily find electronics, pick the cheapest car charger and pay for it at the self checkout. I did pass through a few other departments along the way and saw that they looked well stocked and neatly leveled.

We haven't had a lot of waste, or issues with expiration dates close- in & we've never had to use customer service. So far, so good, many years running.
