After the tasting you walk through the distillery and get a tour of where the magic happens (stills, filtration, labs, storage, etc). He unloaded only 4 chairs in a very rude manner and walked away without any explanation to go attend the other customer. I had to unload the rest of the chairs and tables and placed them up against the wall for him. Then a guy from the back came out and counted the chairs and tables and made sure everything was ok with the equipment and then I left. As a paying customer, it is extremely frustrating to be completely ignored and then to have my turn in line be disregarded and then to have to unload most of the equipment on my own. Extremely poor customer service, take your business elsewhere to a place that doesn't have dysfunctional, sketchy employees and actually functions like a proper business.
