Good overall experience, pleasant order taker, fresh ingredients, exceptional value as the burrito was massive. I ordered the carne asada burrito, good flavor and the meat wasn't grisly like so many others. I will definitely try again if im ever in Pasco again. Id give it 5 stars however being that I live in Mexican food heaven (Southern California) 4 stars is my cap. If you are craving quick Mexican food at a great value.don't pass this food truck

This is a food truck located right next to Viera's Bakery in the parking lot and its walking distant to Dutch Bros Coffee. We were recommended to get tacos here because they are big and cheap. But since there were several of us, we also got burritos and I wanted to get a quesadilla. The tacos were good, the burritos were huge and good but the pork quesadilla I ordered was not the best tasting. I didn't think there was enough meat in the quesadilla. Get the tacos and you'll be fine!

Ooh wee! We ordered the Lengua burrito and it fed 3 of us!! We loved the authenticity! The burrito did not fall apart and we were able to taste the yummy protein!!! At other taco trucks like my buddy's it only takes 5 minutes for me to get my food and with more people in front. I come home and open my food and the tortillas aren't even under the meat. Just horrible. This has never happened to us. Next time I'll just drive the 10 extra minutes to go to my buddy's taco truck

Service was great. Idk if it was because we ordered an hour before closing but the chicken and steak were essentially inedible. The chicken was super salty (probably the end of the bin) to the point where it cut the inside of my mouth after a couple bites. The steak was really dry and salty as well. read more

This is a food truck located right next to Viera's Bakery in the parking lot and its walking distant to Dutch Bros Coffee. We were recommended to get tacos here because they are big and cheap. But since there were several of us, we also got burritos and I wanted to get a quesadilla. The tacos were good, the burritos were huge and good but the pork quesadilla I ordered was not the best tasting. I didn't think there was enough meat in the quesadilla. Amazing burritos ordered an asada and veggie burritos. Arrived at 630 pm and the crowd was steady. The asada burrito was stuffed with fine sliced well flavored beef and huge. Nearly half the burrito was asada. The veggie was packed full of flavor and gigantic for my wife who ate for dinner and breakfast the following day. The tortillas really held up well and did not blow out with all the contents of these monster burritos. Price was good for the portion size. Will definitely put this taco truck on our go to list again. Also Vieras bakery and the tortilla factory are in the same parking lot. The are also a must visit. read more

This taco truck is situated in front of Viera's Bakery and is great if you're looking for a quick, fresh meal that is not like the rest of the blah, same-old/same-old fast food chain restaurant offerings in West Pasco. I had never had tried a taco truck before, and I am now a BIG fan! The fresh, made-to-order tortas and tacos are to die for. A torta costs $4 and they are huge. The inconsistency in the food is ridiculous. And it doesn't help to know what a thief the owner and his ugly twin are. They take advantage of their employees on a degrading level. Terrible place, FYI their adobada has FOOD COLORING I guess they don't have an authentic adobada recipe so they just paint it on. read more
