They claim their meats are USDA Prime, aged, organic no hormone, beef. Well....I've never had a USDA Prime cut that had that much gristle in it. The flavor was okay. The sales pitch is a bit relentless unless you just out and out tell them "No!". They were very polite, and they looked professional (albeit quite young). With all that said, I WOULD NOT buy from them again based on the quality of the meat. It just wasn't that great. If I'm going to pay a premium price then the product better be premium as well. In this case it wasn't. Hope this keeps some money in somebody's wallet. While I don't think it's a "scam", I do believe it's not that great of a deal. You're better off buying from a local butcher or perhaps by a large Rib Roast or NY strip roast at Cash And Carry and cut your own steaks.
