Our server took our order, plopped our food down and then sat down on the other side or the room. We flagged down another server who got my tortillas, but she left right away...my husband could eat his, it was awful. Our original server never came back. We didn't get any more water. I had to get my own to-go container. The bill was quickly plopped on the table. Server didn't ask us how our meal was or if we needed anything else. It wasn't busy. There were multiple servers either sitting or carrying on with each other. It use to be a favorite place for us to go as a couple. My food was ok but my husband was miserable. He stopped for a burger on the way home. We won't be back.

Felt like forever had passed, never checked on us. Someone else brought our food out, which is the norm, but he never returned. He went to other tables, ran food for coworkers, but avoided us and another table like the plague. I went to the POS system where there was a long line of servers waiting to put in their orders. I had my empty cup & not a single person asked to help. I will now return the favor & avoid this restaurant like the plague. If you do want El Tap, go to the Desloge location.
