When it arrives, you mix the egg in and mix everything up (the rice on the bottom will burn otherwise). The stone bowl items are all marked as spicy. I like spicy food, but not too spicy. My son loved his cedar plank salmon, said it was one of this favorite salmon preps he's ever had. The ambiance on the patio was pleasant with the hanging plants.
