Then I heard one of their employee's speak to possibly a friend of hers who walked inside the shop about 7 minutes after we were inside, and she began having a great conversation, laughing with him, etc. so I thought we'd get lucky and be acknowledged after he'd leave. We were waiting for another minute, and she got back to work making drinks. I looked at my father and he looked at me shocked about what was happening. I then said in a raised voice, so they could hear me over their loud blenders, "Hello, we are ready." I saw one worker, turn her head to our direction, and there was no acknowledgement and ignored us. I then began literally waiving my hands in the air, then arms to them and nothing. Then finally I raised my voice to say we were ready and one of them turned around to tell us, "We are busy, doing other drinks!" So my father and I looked at each other in disbelief and left the shop empty handed and quite disappointed. Instead, we went across the street to a local Pho restaurant in their busy place and ordered the boba we originally wanted. Came here last week for a mid-day pick me up. I was walking and got a few drinks for some…read morecoworkers. A few people were in line ahead of me, but the workers were quick and got my drink out in around 5 minutes. I sat and waited on a bench inside, they were even kind enough to put it in a bag with drink holders since I was walking. I haven't been to Jamba in a long time, so it was sad to see their cups are beyond different now and don't keep things as cold as they use to. Plus, the prices are outrageous. $8 for a small? Yikes.
