I grew up eating at Las Delicias, at least once per week! It was such a norm in my family and everyone loves it. Recently, I moved back to CO after ten years away and got to enjoy a meal at Las Delicias, with my husband, who also grew up eating at Las Delicias frequently! The service is always so quick and the food is very consistent in quality! The chips and salsa are what win me over and I love their salsa! It's quite large inside, so seating is plentiful. (Selfishly, I would love some spicier chili! Lol)

Food was amazing like always but had a little bit of sticker shock. Service was quick and responsive.

Oh wow ! We heard they had good burritos so we dropped in on a Sunday evening... My hubby had the 3 bean burritos and it cam smothered in green chili and lots of cheese... more than enough to also bring home plenty for tomorrow I had the 3 enchiladas with rice and beans .. cheese , chicken and ground beef... it was delicious and I also had plenty to take home for lunch The very best part of our dinner was our server... she was amazing!. Lala was so good , she made recommendations to us (like picking the skinny margarita rather than the blended ) and picking the 3 burrito plate was more value than the 2 burrito plate ... And she was soooo attentive! The place is huge! Everything is tastefully decorated, cozy and clean... we will be back

I've heard nothing but good things about the Las Delicias chain, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. I like this location and the amazing view of Denver you get while driving in. The parking lot fills up fast, but there is a bigger lot across the street for overflow. The service was friendly and to the point although we would've liked to have been seated away from the bustling kitchen entryway. Chips and Salsa, and Guac. Good stuff. The salsa wasn't shockingly spicy and the guacamole was fresh and tasty. It would've been nice to know that the guacamole was $8 though when the waitress offered it to us. Pork Carnitas Burrito. A decent size for $11. Not the biggest I've seen, but it was jam packed with tender pork carnitas and smothered in a yummy green chile. However, the pork wasn't all that flavorful and it got boring after a few bites since there was nothing else in the burrito. Meh. It's not a life changing restaurant, but it's affordable and decent.

Pretty decent food here, service could be quite hard to catch- We came here for a birthday party so maybe it was a-lot on the waitress to keep up with our party if 13 - Anyway not one of my favorites for Mexican, but I ordered a tostada with guacamole. Everyone stared me down for only ordering that so my boyfriend gave me one of his soft Chile relleno 's and it was okay- But don't take my word for it, this place gets packed so there must be something good here -

When you want some traditional Mexican cuisine look no further than Las Delicias. The food was exactly what I was hoping for when my friend suggested coming to this place. I really enjoyed the food, the Enchiladas were good, and the Crispy Chile Relleno was awesome, and the Margs were solid! Overall, will come back again and again to enjoy the food

The food and service were great. Nobody can beat how fast the food comes out and how delicious it is! LD's has been a spot my mom and I've gone to since the early 90s in downtown Denver. I love it so much! The only thing that hung me up about it on this go is that the booths are not plus size friendly. I love a booth, so I asked for one, but the tables don't budge as they're attached to the walls. Aside from that, everything was excellent!

Terrible tasting food- Guac had no flavor in my opinion. Won't be going back anytime soon.

It took about 5 minutes for us to be greeted by anyone working; there were two employees working behind the counter, both were busy making sandwiches. Eventually one let us know it was going to be a few more minutes before they could take our order, to which I didn't mind - I recognize it takes time to make sandwiches. We waited for a bit (probably ~10 minutes), and then decided to place an order with them online and continue walking around while we waited. It took about 15 minutes for our order to be ready, so maybe this is the best way to go about ordering so you're not just standing around. To clarify, I didn't mind waiting but it also made sense to place the order and then walk around while waiting. I ordered the North of I70 Italian sandwich, and indicated that I wanted mayo, mustard and oil + vinegar. My wife ordered the sweet baby turkey, and also asked for mayo and salt + pepper. Neither of our sandwiches had any condiments on them (pic included). Each sandwich cost $20, and while I realize that the price of good deli meat has gone up, it was definitely a bummer to not have exactly what we ordered on a sandwich that costs so much - $40+ for 2 standard size sandwiches. The other thing to note is that the mushrooms are not fresh - also included a pic of the mushrooms which I assume come from a can/jar. Had I known the mushrooms were not fresh, I would not have ordered them. I was really rooting for this place to be good, but was overall disappointed in the experience and outcome of our order.

They simply Do Not care about general food safety getting a hot meal here is rather risky I will explain why. My friend was a cook here for a short while and quit on them once he realized they care nothing about serving food that is safe to eat, he saw them do sooo many things that would easily make the food contaminated and unsafe to eat and somehow that was there process of doing things. Here are a couple examples of menu items one should try to steer clear of Chicken parm sandwich- they cook off a large batch of the chicken cutlets and let them sit at room temp for a hour or two until someone orders one they refries them for a minute or so, your supposed to keep food hot once it is cooked especially chicken to leave cooked chicken at room temp for so long is extremely risky to the public's health. Meatball sandwich- they leave there meatballs on the hot line all day then they save all of the hot food items from the day and reuse them the next day without properly cooling any of the food and the cooks will leave these item sit out at room temp for about 45 mins before even putting them into the cooler. Many issues with this practice first of all hot food should be discarded after 5 hours according to the health department because after 5 hours it will start growing bacteria, to leave it on a hot line all day then save them for the next day and not even cool them down properly is Crazy risky to people's health and they do not just do this with the meatballs they do it for many of there hot dishes they are used for days on in, not properly cooled and not properly tracked for how many times it has been reheated and such me they keep them in the same pans it's flat out gross. Other issues my friend encountered there was never seeing anyone at all wash there hands at any point in time, a ancient dishwashing machine that didn't clean anything at all it didn't even get hot so half of there dishes are greasy and have food residue on them, in his short time there he saw people fired for no reason what's so ever from what he was told the owner fires people left and right and doesn't even give reasons as to why, that's why they have ads up on indeed looking for employees 24/7.

We started with what might be one of the best bruschetta apps: grilled, charred bread topped with blistered heirloom tomatoes (those vibrant yellow and red ones!), creamy burrata (or whipped ricotta-like cheese), fresh basil, and a gorgeous balsamic drizzle. The contrast of the smoky, crispy bread with the juicy, roasted tomatoes and that rich, peppery cheese was so fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend sharing this one! Frankie's cocktails were spot-on too. We went for the perfect pink marg with Tajín rims refreshing, citrusy (heavy on the lime), with just the right kick of spice from the rim. They were dangerously drinkable and paired beautifully with everything. If you're in Denver craving a mix of elevated American small plates, killer cocktails, and top-notch sandwiches in a cool setting, this place is a must-try.

I ordered the Cobb Salad with creamy parmesan dressing. The salad came with lettuce, a sliced hard-boiled egg, a handful of cherry tomatoes, half an avocado, sliced cheese, sliced turkey cold cuts and a lot of chopped bacon and sliced onions. I started by removing most of the bacon bits and the overload of onions. If a salad is really good, I will often use very little dressing. There wasn't a lot of flavor to the veggies on their own so I added all of the dressing I was given. This particular salad didn't stand out. I wasn't crazy about the cheese. They used the individually wrapped, sliced cheese. I would prefer fresh, shredded cheese. The turkey was also just slices of deli meat which had been cut up and there wasn't very much of it. The employee who took my order was friendly and suggested the parmesan dressing which I did like. The salad itself was a great portion size and could easily be shared, but it didn't hit the mark. I'll stick to Snarf's sandwiches.
