He wasn't the cheapest, but it felt like I was talking to family, so I went with the good vibes. Richard totally understood what I wanted and what his company could do. He gave me options, and we talked through the plan. I was heading to Korea for a year with the Army, so he worked with me, doing the project in parts based on my budget. Even when the prices for materials went up, he explained everything. After I got back from Korea, I saw some damage on one of the boards, probably due to high winds or a storm. I sent Richard a text and some pics, and within a week, he was out here, inspecting everything and ended up replacing seven boards! He really pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. The cost for the upkeep was super reasonable. Starting a business is tough, and it's easy for small businesses to get lost. I love supporting local businesses.
