If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm not even sure this business still exists, but they did sloppy work and used the cheapest materials possible. As someone stated in another review, if Roy gets the money, he won't finish the job. And if you are a veteran, he will tell you that you'll get a discount. Update: not only did Roy ignore my attempts to contact him via phone, email, and social media after the absolute mess he left; the fence he installed already fell apart. Sadly, we are having to take legal action against him AND we are having to report him (to all agencies including the FTC) regarding his usage of "LLC" fraudulently and illegally. On November 6, 2017, I hired Los Gueros do work on my backyard. The work consisted of, removing 3040 sq.ft. of concrete and replacing it with stamped, colored and sealed concrete and a pergola with an outdoor kitchen . The total cost for this job was $27200.00. I paid Los Gueros in good faith, with a clear understanding that all defects and damages done to my property would be fixed in a timely matter as per a provision I added to a contract I wrote and had Roy East II sign it. He promised us he would take care of all damages and defects since he was insured and bonded and was obligated correct all defects to our satisfaction. He asked us to give the sealer twenty four hours to dry before going to the back yard. This was on a Friday, so Sunday when we went out to check out our new, renovated backyard. We were stunned by how ugly our backyard look. We were so disappointed and mad! Friday, when I paid him the balance, he told me he would return Monday to see if we were satisfied with the work. Well he was a no-show. I was going to call him but decided against it because I knew he had to come and pick up the left over fill dirt. So, Tuesday he did showed up, my wife and I told him we had some issues, first with the outdoor kitchen. He asked us, very sarcastically what was wrong with the outdoor kitchen, I told him that it looked shoddy and unfinished. My wife asked him if he would like an outdoor kitchen like this in his backyard. He didn't response, so we took that as a no. We also pointed out other issues. He said he would come and fix this issues after the holidays. As expected again, he was a no-show. After several fail attempts to reach him via my cell phone and unanswered voice messages, I decided to take other recourses. I went to the City License and Permits to file a complaint. I filed the complaint with the Chief Building Inspector. They did a search on Los Gueros Landscape & General Construction and they told us there was no such company on file.
