We unfortunately had a very disappointing experience with El Paso Paint Kings, owned by Albert. We have used this company on two different homes and have referred multiple people to them in the past. Because of that history, we trusted them with restucco work and a roof resurfacing project. After they restuccoed our home, a crack appeared. They came back to repair it, but within a week the crack returned. Since then, we have been trying to get them to come back and properly address the issue, with no resolution. It has now been about a year since we paid to have our roof resurfaced. We have a signed contract and invoice showing payment for the resurfacing work. However, Albert is now denying that his company performed the roof resurfacing -- despite his signature being on the receipt. We have provided documentation, yet we are still not receiving follow-up or inspection of the roof to ensure there are no leaks. A proper power wash was also part of the agreement and has not been addressed. Repeated calls and texts have gone unanswered. As repeat customers who referred others, this has been extremely disappointing. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company. If you are considering hiring them, proceed with caution and ensure all work and follow-up commitments are honored. read more

The El Paso Paint Kings did a Great Job painting our home. Albert, Danny and his crew did alot of prep work the last company that painted this place didn't even consider. They used alot of paint and the finish is just excellent. What I appreciated is how they stayed on the job until it was done. Albert's quote included a very lengthy laundry list of all they include in the painting of the house. He quoted 10 working days as our house was on the large size. His team arrived on time every morning and put in a full day's work each day and completed the job in exactly 10 days. The patch work was excellent, the trim work was very detailed and done to perfection. The crew was extremely courteous and left the property picked up and clean each evening. We will always use them for our painting needs. You don't need to look any further for a painting company. This is the one to hire!! read more

I contracted my house for stucco and two coats of paint (double painting) and agreed payments to be paid in two payments. The 1st half amount paid when he started and the 2nd amount after he was finished and to my satisfaction. Albert stated it would take 7-9 days to complete. (I also had the exact same issues that the other reviewer gave (Rose R. Review). I then started to have horrible issues with Albert and his workers cutting corners by NOT "double painting", covering the windows, floors, tile, cement, etc, etc.. Two months later, it's still not complete to any satisfaction. His two workers started to cut corners immediately and damaged numerous items, plastered or painted numerous things, all window screens, tile, cement, lights, locks, and patio furniture that wasn't even close to my house and even broke a two Paine window. Every day the workers just left without saying they were leaving so I could lock my gate for my puppy to go outside and take care of his business. I asked the workers to at least shut the gates when they left, but they would just leave and not even shut the gates. They even removed a rock speaker from the back yard and hid it in the front yard by the street for whatever reason they thought to justify that action. (Good thing for surveillance cameras) I kept notifying Albert about all issues, but he always seemed to disappear and not return calls or texts. His excuse was he was "out of town". I guess calls and texts go out as local calls only? Albert only showed up every now and then and the days he showed, the workers knew, and they always covered the things up to show the boss they were doing the right thing. Towards the end, I asked Albert to give me a name of a company to fix my broken window and redo my screens and he again disappeared. We agreed he would reduce the damaged amount off the last payment, but towards the end he accused me that I wasn't going to pay the balance, so he was going to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay him that day. He didn't care that they still hadn't completed all damaged items nor even finished cleaning up the damages they created. He also stated he was going to remove his name off my warranty. Currently he left me with parapets not sealed or totally painted, certain windows not sealed, painted lock not working since they painted over it, missing window screens, stains on my tiles and sidewalks and patio, painted outdoor lights, balcony not sealed and more. I also know a good company would stay on top of their workers and not leave it up to the owner to always supervise them. Albert became angry with me because I didn't allow them to walk all over me and he needed to direct his anger to his workers and not against me. read more

Albert is very professional and checked his crew's work several times during the process. The crew got here at 6:30 AM and worked hard in this heat to provide me with a great finished product! The Paint Kings, removed the vigas in the front of my house. They arrived on time daily and the work was done as agreed. Definitely an unprofessional experience. Had not even signed the contract yet and (Albert) took it upon himself to go all Kindergarten on my house and starts painting paint samples on my house.( which he was never given permission to do and I wasn't even home when he did this) He painted the front of the house, mind you and by the garage. Usually contractors leave the paint sample cans for the customer to paint at their discretion. He failed to keep appointment to discuss quote and contract but goes ahead and paints samples on my house, which He LEGALLY has no right to touch my house because I haven't even entered nor signed contract with him. If this is business as usual for this company, I would not recommend anyone do business with them. A Person's integrity to uphold a business contract and relationships with potential customers speaks volumes in my book. I do not believe this to be a reputable company because he did not value my time nor home. Would rate 0 if I could. read more
