I was able to do a refresher, cover a handful of specialties and get several dives in. I know it's not easy running a profitable dive shop and trying to keep everyone happy but this is a good group of instructors, assistants and team who have built a great work dynamic in a very short period. Dave & George were great instructors who I would recommend to anyone. Additional thanks to Carlo, Richard, Chris and Sully for keeping us safe in unfamiliar sites. I intend to dive with them again as I continue my scuba journey.

My grandma spent most of the visit loudly pointing out the animal welfare issues -- tanks that looked too small, creatures that didn't seem healthy, and enclosures that felt more like afterthoughts than habitats. She wasn't wrong, but it definitely set the tone. Then my mom went to the bathroom and came out pale, insisting there was an escaped snake curled up behind the toilet. Staff didn't seem particularly alarmed, which somehow made it worse. Meanwhile, I just stood there watching the whole scene unfold with the emotional investment of a houseplant. If you're looking for an aquarium that feels safe, well‑maintained, and properly managed, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Instead of being open and honest about their establishment they are having people give fake reviews.** We rented this space for our toddlers 2nd birthday. Although the inside is a fun and welcoming environment for kids and parents, the host for our event was not welcoming at all. We had a horrible experience with her. They have an imagination station for kids to play freely with toys and all the host did the entire time was follow the children around and put all the toys back instead of letting the children feel free to play. It's like she wanted everything in exact order at all times! These are toddlers who want to play from station to station and all she did was interrupt them the entire time! This place also has a ball pit and she was yelling at 2-5 year olds like a mean old grandma to stop throwing the balls! She wouldn't allow the children to play, she hovered over them like a hawk. She ACTIVELY took a lollipop out of the mouths of 3 toddlers! Instead of coming to us or other parents to tell the babies no candy in the play area, she took it upon herself to take the candy from their mouths and throw it away. She also made the children clean up after themselves with the toys. These are guests!! And we paid ALOT of money for people to attend and have fun and she made them clean!! Instead of coming to the parents. Horrible horrible service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who has active children who love to play. All they will do is make the kids clean and cry.
