The only thing keeping me from giving this restaurant a high score is the fact that the salsa isn't my cup of tea. On my first visit, I panicked because I didn't like the salsa, so I thought I wasn't going to like my meal either, but I was definitely wrong. I ordered the Carne el Charral and steak, shrimp and chorizo were all amazing! The entree was great. I give them a different one and again, declined. That is really odd so I say try a third one and am told again declined. I have cash so i figure their system must be askew. I go to pay and see all three transactions approved on my phone. I show the cashier and he goes and gets someone else. That woman is telling someone else what happened and I tried to show her and tell them I needed the amount credited back. She became rude and told me to just wait a minute. Then she tells me it was not approved and that there is nothing they can do about it. That it's on me now. I again tell them that I need this credited back as I am not paying four times for one meal. Again, I am basically told it isn't their issue. I ask who I can call back at the restaurant to discuss and I was told that if I had an issue with the charges to call the card companies. This was just ridiculous. I am filing dispute claims as well as looking into a BBB claim as well. If you go here bring cash.

We sit for nearly 15 minutes when we lost our patience as NO ONE came to our table. We waved down a waitress to ask and she told us that she had no idea who was supposed to be waiting on our table. Coming from the restaurant industry, tables are in sections and everyone is designated to a section. It was a lame response. After another nearly 10 minutes a young man finally approaches to get our drink order. Once he came back with our drinks we were able to order our food. Food was delivered by a food runner which was fine and the food was delicious. However we did not see the waiter ever during our meal; we never got water, we didn't have a chance to order another drink and didn't have a chance to order dessert. We had to flag someone down just to get our check which would've been a lot higher had we actually had better service. The man would've also received a better tip as well.
