Honestly, this might've been some of the greatest mexican food I've had in a while. I got the "La Prima" (chicken, queso, and mexican rice) which was amazing. Tortilla chips came out hot and food came out quick. The server was also very nice, he was patient, nice, and ran the food quickly. Fajitas= Good. Salsa= Good. A la carte poblano relleno= Fantastic and huge! We stayed in Parsons for two weeks for business and Pueblitos is the best place to eat! Avoid Kitchen Pass, very expensive and nothing was great.. I wish I would have tried Pueblitos earlier before going to Kitchen Pass three times and being disappointed every time. A Mexican restaurant in a small town of Parsons KS probably has the sole market here. The meal wasn't expensive and was really pretty good. On the down side. Server had the personality of a brick. The cashier "older gentleman looked put out. When we asked the bill to be split because the server didn't inquire. Shame. read more

I give his 5 stars not only because it is the best in town, it is among the best I have had. Originally from El Paso, Texas, I have had my share of good Mexican food and this place ranks at the top. Service is friendly, food is fast and portions are more than enough. The chips and salsa is great while you wait for your food. The atmosphere inside is as authentic has the food and service. If you are in Parsons and want Mexican food there is El Pueblito and Taco Bell equivalents. read more

The food here is very authentic tasting! "Que comida!", my father in law says!! Everything from the chips and salsa to the poblano was tantalizing to the taste buds!! My family enjoyed the Hispanic decor and enjoyed practicing our limited Espanol with the accommodating server. She was very gracious to put up with our broken Spanish. I ate at El Pueblito tonite for the first time. I got #9 combo-tostada, enchilada, and chimichanga. It was awesome!!! The hot salsa is the best! Broke a sweat! Followed that up with fried ice cream - which everyone should try! I live here and can say, "This is the best place in town to eat and the food is authentic." No need to go anywhere else. The California burrito. Yum! Pretty much everything here is yum. The best is the staff! They are usually nothing short of amazing.

I would eat at El Pueblitos everyday if I could! They have great food and drinks and amazing prices. I love the staff! They are very friendly and helpful! Two of the waitresses (both named Maria) are so great with my three year old daughter that they have been teaching her Spanish words everytime we have gone. They have complimentary chips and salsa that they give you as soon as you are seated. And they have quick and accurate service. Very clean and welcoming. read more

How this is 4 plus star is confusing. Never again will we eat here. Not busy during lunch at all should have been a clue. I ate a few bites and was totally disgusted at the slop served to me and sat there for another 15 minutes waiting on anyone to ask how lunch was. The entire plate is sitting there -I was going to tell then it tastes about how it looks. I ordered a #11 lunch- marinated chicken with rice, avocado salad and tortillas. When I got my plate I questioned if it was correct and the server offered to get a menu to show me I was wrong. It was chips smothered as soggy with red sauce- shredded chicken on top drowned in cheese with some mystery green avocado whip on the side. Total crap. I won't be back- especially after the abomination I saw in the bathroom when we were done. I mentioned to two servers that it need immediate attention. They laughed- figures.
