The food is consistently good. There are a lot of different meals to choose from. The price is expected. The wait staff is not very friendly.

$7.72 for two 16 oz. draws is the most amazing happy hour or lunch deal I've ever encountered.

This review is for lunch for three in the dining room at Noon on a Monday. bar: It's a full, well stocked bar. I drank a Salt City IPA, which was a great find. The tab said it was $7.72 for two 16 oz. draws? That is the most amazing happy hour or lunch deal I've ever encountered! I've attached a copy of the receipt because I'm just that amazed. service: Faith was our waitstaff and she did a great job. We had a bunch of questions and she was very knowledgeable. In addition, she got everything exactly correct, even though we had substitutions and requests. food: Burgers were unavailable due to some HVAC work in the kitchen (as of 7/11/23) so I had the Reuben with seasoned fries ($11.49) which was awesome. My wife had a chicken wrap with blackened chicken with a cup of chili (also $11.49) which was equally great. All the food we saw looked great. The menu has some great variety. Everyone will be able to find something they like. space: It's a large dining room. We snagged a booth. Even for lunch early in the week, the space was filling up. Might get busy on the weekends. Looks like plenty of bar seats and some high tops in the bar area. There are entrances in both the front/south and back/north sides of the restaurant. details: Downtown Parsons has plenty of surface parking both along Main Street and in a public parking lot on the North side of the building.

    Reuben.

The staff were excellent. Ariel and Anita did a great job taking care of a very large group several days in a row.

Food was very good. Prompt service. Good for kids! Menu is fairly extensive too. Just off the Main Street in Parsons.

The food is average at best for the price. The onion blossom is very tasty if cooked crispy.

All the food is really good although I have never had a steak cooked correctly there. Also their alcoholic beverages are pretty pricey

Good food fast. Large selection. Great service. My favorites are the open face steak sandwich, the cattleman's burger and the Tex Mex salad.

The meals & drinks are consistently good. My steak was good. The Long Island Iced Tea was a hit. I eat here whenever I work in Parsons.

If coffee is your thing, this is your place. service: Everyone we interacted with was professional and helpful. Excellent recommendations and attentive service. food: Based on staff recommendations, my wife had the club panini with pasta salad and I had the chicken salad with chips. Both sandwiches were prepared to order and served quickly. My wife bought a couple of cookies from the case near the cashier. Everything we had was excellent. space: We didn't expect to find such a cool space. This is a former storefront with high, pressed tin ceiling and what appears to be original flooring. In addition, it's great to see such a cross section of diners. The place has a welcoming neighborhood vibe. There are shirts, ceramics, and other items for sale along one wall. details: Downtown Parsons has plenty of surface parking both along Main Street and in a public parking lot on the North side of the building. There were diners at every table; however, some tables are large so we shared with another person.

First for 8 bucks, the sandwich had barely any salad in it. did not come with tomato or lettuce and no cheese? This place would be so awesome if they had more variety with choices and not scrimp on what they put between two slices of bread. Highly disappointed to say the least. However, the staff is awesome and friendly and makes up for the weak sandwiches. I want to show this place how to make an awesome sandwich!

The manager, or whomever I spoke with, was very defensive and said some crazy condescending things. Honestly, I realized at that point that I was not dealing with someone who cares. My only question was why at least one of the car hops never noticed that I was sitting in a pickup stall for 20 minutes. Customer service seems to be non-existent. At least she could have been kind!

Continue to drive in a direction that resembles "up." 5. End up in Kansas. Take a picture of the "Welcome to Kansas" sign. 6. Actively make the decision that you will not touch interstate until you hit Kansas City. 7. Be hungry for lunch. If you do this, you will most likely end up in Parsons, KS. You will look for an authentic, horror-movie style diner in which you will stand out so much people will stop eating & talking when you walk in. And you will find out that this diner is, inexplicably, closed. BUT you will find a shiny, brand new Sonic drive in filled with some of the nicest Kansasans you will ever meet. Not that I'm a proponent of fast food - but when you options are limited and you KNOW you can get a sweet ass cranberry limeade, (oh, yes.) a chicken sandwich, and some onion rings to hold you over knowing very well it may be just you and the road for the next few hours...I'm in. Honestly though, the food was as tasty as it usually is at Sonic, and the people were very friendly to this out of state fellow. Even though this trip was a little while back, I still remember it fondly. Trust me, if I ever end up back in Parsons, KS - I will pay a very nostalgic visit to the Sonic in remembrance of my first time there.
