Quick taco truck to satisfy your taco needs. It's close to the airport which makes it a great spot if you need to go there to pick up friends or if you want food before you leave. There aren't really tables to sit when we came but a little side counter with high seats off the side of the truck. We came here after seeing a few reviews and wanting actual Mexican food and not New Mexican food. Tacos were pretty standard and tasty. We ordered extra rice and beans and were a little disappointed in the two. Both could have used a little extra flavor. Come support your local taco truck!

Came to visit some family in Santa Fe from San Diego, CA and were looking for a great place to grab a bite. Found this hidden gem and wow was it amazing. The customer service is one of a kind. They treat you like family and are very attentive and friendly. If you are ever in the area you MUST stop by and try it for some authentic Mexican food. I personally tried the gorditas de chicharrón, rajas con queso, and barbacoa and they were to die for. The torta cubana is also amazing.

Food was great! I had carnitas tacos and my boyfriend has el pastor tacos. I preferred mine but both were really good. The rice had a nice hint of flavor and was cooked right. I also liked the lettuce and tomato on the side.

Intestine tacos, Al pastor tacos and the beef tongue tacos. The salsa rojo is the best ever.

We were recommended to have the beef tongue and intestine tocos here, so we planned our special trip from Santa Fe downtown to this food truck for the tacos. The beef tongue are juicy and well seasoned, and the beef intestine are very crispy with the aroma. And the Al pastor ones are so good that we had all the tocos with our thumbs up, and decided to try quesadillas the next day. We made a dive-through for the Gringer quesadilla on our way to ABQ, the marinated pork quesadillas just worth all that effort. Best salsa rojo I have ever had. Definitely worth a special plan for their tacos!

Was looking for a place to get dinner "late" at night around 9pm and this was one of the few places that was open (till 10pm). SO GLAD we came. One of my favorite meals of the trip! Great menu, great service. Food made quick and delicious. I got a barbacoa sincronizada which kind of felt like a quesadilla with added ham. My girlfriend got two gorditas. I wish we had more of an appetite or time to revisit because I really wanted to try a torta or gringas. Not sure if the server spoke English - we knew enough Spanish to get by. It was 9pm and people were still coming through picking up to go orders. We chose to sit outside to eat - there's like two or three tables. Seems very popular with the locals. Would really recommend.

My husband and I take our 4 year old here because we all love it so much. They're friendly and quick and always have the best tacos. I get the asada and it's flavorful and delicious. Bonus tv and cute flowers with a shaded spot to sit. My son will even eat the lengua and tripas. Also I get some sweet Kylie Jenner lips after eating the hot ass jalapeño they give you.

Awesome Mexican (not New Mexican) food truck on Airport Road. Tostadas are huge and a good lowish carb option.

Unfortunately I was highly disappointed by food and service. I ordered fish and shrimp taco. The food wasn't bad but it's didn't come with a side of salsa or any sort of sauce. It did comes with a side of rice which I felt was under seasoned. The service was slow. I walked in around 1pm and door was locked. I was surprised to find them close even though online says that they are open at 11am that day. I checked on google and it was suppose to be open. I called and they said that they are open but waiting for alcohol to be delivered at 3pm. Did they assume that every customer coming in is ordering alcohol? As far as I understand this is a restaurant that serves food and alcohol and not a bar. Shortly after my arrival, there was a large tour with 12 people showed up. I could see that the waiter was a bit flustered because he also had to tend to other customer as well as the tour. I guess this is where the tour take people for authentic taco experience. In my opinion these are more toned down gringo tacos. My taco didn't come with a side of sauce like everyone else. I also noticed that the tour all received a side of salsa which I didn't. I'm not sure if the waiter forgot. I had to flag down the waiter a few time because he also forgot my drink. I also ordered an agua Fresca watermelon and it wasn't made of real watermelon but flavor syrup from the bar. I wished I had known that it wasn't real melon. 2.5 stars for the food and 2 for service. Again food wasn't terrible, but certainly wasn't close to be the best.

When we ordered drinks the waiter politely informed that they weren't allowed to serve alcohol in the front but then directed us to a cute patio in the back. we felt very comfortable there with our dog. The menu is not extensive but you could through a dart at it and be more then happy with anything you hit. We were in Santa Fe for two days and ate at Palacio's both of them. tldr: THE SOUP This…read moreis a place where a tasting menu would be amazing because I'm sure everything is that good. Before they even bring the menu they bring out 7 moles to taste. Apparently moles aren't all dark chocolate spicy sauces ... ?!?? Loved the education and samples. I'm typically not a mole fan, but they were fun to try. We had the octopus but to me the sauce was too oily. The actual octopus was tender and delicious. Also had the duck skin tacos which were more of a minced duck meat taco and delish. The 5 stars go for impeccable service and the SOUP. This soup is not to be missed. Nothing on paper makes me think it should work but it totally does. It's a big lump of blue crap topped with creamy poblano pepper soup with whipped cream and amaretto and then topped with a spicy kick. Someone said cinnamon but for me it tasted more like hot red chili powder. Sounds incredibly weird but it was the best dish I've had in forever. Waitress was extremely knowledgeable and the chef was very welcoming and present in his cowboy hat! Space was cozy with amazing art. Perfect date night spot but plan to spend a bit of $$$

We were seated immediately but waited about ten minutes before anyone greeted us. When our server finally arrived, he wished us a happy anniversary--even though it wasn't our anniversary. While not a major issue, it's the kind of detail a restaurant at this price point should get right. After ordering drinks, water, and our meals, we were told everything was available except the duck. My wife ordered the sopa de amora and the halibut special. I ordered the frijole negro and attempted to order the Popocatépetl, only to be told it was unavailable that evening. Instead, I was offered a $90 Wagyu steak. For a restaurant of this caliber, the menu should be updated or guests should be informed of major changes upfront. It felt like a bait-and-switch. Our drinks arrived, but after finishing our water, we were told more would be brought out. It never arrived until dessert, when I had to ask again. The frijole negro was excellent--the best dish of the night. Unfortunately, my wife's soup was disappointing. We were told it had to be eaten from top to bottom or bottom to top for the flavors to work properly, and this explanation was delivered in a somewhat condescending manner. Despite being described as "the best soup in the state," the flavors simply felt off. For the entrées, my steak was good, but the rice was overcooked and mushy. My wife's halibut was completely under-seasoned, and her rice was equally inedible. Dessert was better. The crepes were enjoyable, though the walnuts were noticeably burnt. I don't usually nitpick, but when a restaurant charges premium prices, the food and service should justify the cost. Unfortunately, both were mediocre, and the overall experience fell far short of expectations.
