This is a food truck located behind a store and a little difficult to find, a great find. The service was friendly and quick. They do accept credit cards. The Christmas smothered chorizo breakfast burrito was so good and hit the spot. Spicy and flavorful. Definitely would go back to try other items on the list. Local love! read more

This place knows what it is doing. Real Mexican (as opposed to another northern New Mexican restaurant) food that is delicious and a great value. They need to learn that breakfast tacos are better with flour tortillas, but their's are still good with corn! The La Famosa burrito is epic, especially smothered. read more

Awesome burrito truck! Got an asada burrito for myself and a shrimp burrito for my wife. It was packed! Lots of shrimp and asada. Nice and wet on the inside. Mmm! Would def come back again. Tiny taco truck, but massive flavor! This is reminiscent of Mexico! Yes they have the NM traditional red or green, but the pico and salsa are good too. The refried beans are almost liquid because of the full on flavor of lard! The guy working in there is such a sweet and hard working guy! The quesadillas are freaking amazing! The tacos are the same! My go to is just a simple chorizo egg and cheese breakfast taco plate! And the shrimp are so good! I've honestly never had a meal from Tacos y Burritos La Fe that was not 100% delicious. Some of our favorites are the garnachas (fried, crunchy masa disks with stewed beef and slaw on top), bean tostadas, shrimp tostadas loca, and the veggie torta but EVERYTHING is good and is made with care. Because of the care taken, be prepared to wait if you don't call in your order in advance. This modest food truck is as good or better than the sit-down hotspots in SF packed with out-of-towners. The owner is a former chef and it shows in the quality and consistency of his food. He is expanding his patio area with a nice, quiet space for outdoor tables overlooking the arroyo. WOW!! This place is AMAZING. I got the Barbacoa tacos and my mom got the chicken enchiladas. There were four tacos and were 4 enchiladas. Both came with rice and beans and the enchiladas came with guacamole and sour cream. Both for $8! Such a good place and a great price! read more

This is my favorite food truck and one of my absolute favorite places to eat! My favorite dish is the flautas. I always order 2 chicken and two beef. Can't ever decide which one is better. The dish comes with rice, beans, guacamole, lettuce, sour cream and salsa. The best!!! So far EVERYTHING I have tasted is amazing! The owners are so nice too. I love giving them my business. Must try! My son and I had a craving for Tortas and decided to check out this food truck. We ended up getting two chicken Tortas and a carnita's taco plate. The Tortas were flavorful because the chicken was seasoned well. We also got a carnitas taco plate which was good. Absolutely our FAVORITE taco truck in town! The owner is so friendly and he and his family make amazing food with great flavor! We frequent this truck several times a week and he knows us by name, it's always a great experience. We've tried many taco trucks around Santa Fe but this one is just wonderful. Always a happy customer... whether we order breakfast burritos (they make THE BEST in SF), huevos rancheros (mouth watering), tacos or burgers.. we are always left happy and full. I highly recommend this food truck. I don't usually take the time to leave reviews, but this place is worth it! My family was in Santa Fe staying at a nearby hotel. We ordered food for 7 people and everything we got was amazing. It took a bit of time to get the order, but his little shade area behind the truck was a nice place to wait. The food portions were large and all the different items tasted great. I splurged and got the carne asada french fries which were even better than the ones I've ordered at a local (where I live in Phoenix) resort. Be sure to give it a try! read more

The hype is real for this place. I was intrigued after reading all of the positive reviews, figuring at the very least it would be pretty good. - It was absolutely outstanding. I got the la famousa(?) burrito. This thing is on a different level. The beef, beans, and potatoes are all cooked to perfection, smothered with gooey cheese and a fantastic tasting green chile. The price is more than fair for the amount and quality of food you get. You'll feel like you've discovered some kind of magical secret food truck. read more

The other guy that said they must put crack in their food is spot on!!! We were at Tacos Y Burritos La Fe food truck in September of 2018 while visiting from Phoenix. Our friends who live in Denver that visit Santa Fe on occasion recommended us to try one of the "food trucks". We googled nearest taco food truck while at the Santa Fe airport and Tacos Y Burritos popped up. Since it was on our way to ABQ we decided to try them. WOW!!!! We're glad we did. The food was great tasting, fresh ingredients and priced just right. Actually for what you get in quality I think it's a great deal!!! They have a good location with two picnic tables and shade trees. Hopefully they are there on our next visit to Santa Fe because we'll definitely go back! read more

The first time I had Tacos al Pastor was in Mexico City, and these tacos rivaled those. Tender, delicious and slightly spicy meat, just enough pineapple, and a side of silky beans. I ate all of the burgers at the 2021 Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown, and this green chile cheeseburger might have won, had they contested. Medium rare, spicy chile, unexpected bacon. And the fries! I'm not a fries fan usually, but these may have been the best fries that I've had in a long time, and the left-overs were just as tasty and fresh after a bit in the air-fryer. Also, there's a kind, customer-facing person who manages stress well with all the orders by phone and in person, and still is able to be very sweet and convivial. Well, done. Give them your business! This guys food is AMAZING!!! Traveling through or live in Santa Fe. Forget the nice sit down restaurants around the area. You HAVE to eat here. I work nearby and one day I stopped for a breakfast burrito. Since, my whole office has purchased food from them 3-5 times a week. I've had just about everything on the menu.
