I've been here three times, for two pickup orders and one sit in lunch. Both pickup orders were not ready by the time they said, and both took over 40 minutes for one single item (while barely anyone was dining in the restaurant). I figured it was a fluke for pickups, since they can often not be prioritized, and decided to try sit in dining in with a friend. This was genuinely the worst service I've ever experienced, it was shocking. When we sat down, we waited for around 10 minutes to get the menus, we asked for tap water, and we waited for another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back with our waters and to take our orders. She never refilled our waters and never checked in until our food came out around 40 minutes later. There was only one other person in the restaurant at the time, and we only ordered one lunch entree each. We had already been there over an hour when we got our food. One of the dishes was completely wrong and the waitress said "sorry, we get confused". She said it'd be five minutes if they remade it. As we waited, around four more tables filled up, and we watched them all get their food before my friend got hers remade, she waited an hour for her food and mine got cold while we waited. The waitress offered free guac to my friend, which was nice, but only after we went up and asked twice when it'd be done. At the end, she made us wait around 15 more minutes for her to bring boxes and the bill, and we had to go up to her to pay the bill since she clearly wasn't coming back. We didn't order much, and we were very nice about the situation, but even after we asked twice when it'd be done and hinted that we needed to leave, there was still no urgency with the bill or anything else. This was most slow lunch ever, taking over two hours total, and two other previous pickup orders that were also slow. The food was good and they did give free guac, which is why I still gave this place two stars. There unfortunately seems to be a consistent issue with this place. Definitely not worth it, I'll never be back.

There's a few tables for quick sit-down but no visible bathroom for patrons. We ordered a significantly large order and they accommodated happily and quickly. The food was so good and also reheated really well. Tried a variety of tacos: chicken, pastor, birria, roast pork, steak, fish. All of it comes with guac and choice of green or red sauce.
