If I owned my own restaurant, I would probably try to scalp the male cook and take him to my business to work instead. He is definitely a diamond in the rough. One day I ordered an asada burrito to dine it that I was unable to eat, the burrito was still hot and fresh but the flavors were simply not there. There are several cashiers that work at the restaurant, one lady is short nice and wears a pony tail. The second cashier is a very young lady (age 19) who struts around like she owns the place. The young one sometimes works as a cashier at both the store and the restaurant. Young lady snaps back, is rude, borderline disrespectful, and she ignores customers when they ask for napkins, spoons, spicy sauce, chips, etc. Frankly I would be really surprised if the young one was not the owner or family of the owner. The young one conducts herself in a dismissive, unfriendly, arrogant, and unprofessional manner. If she truly is not the owner or owners family, she has absolutely no business working in customer service, fast food, or retail. With the wrong cook and the wrong cashier, these two can drag this restaurant into the ground. Management should intervene and have better oversight of their workers and food quality. Overall, the food and service are so good when the food is prepared right, I will still giving them a 5 out of 5 because the male cook and the short nice, pony tail cashier go above and beyond for their customers.
