I ordered the asada fries minus cabbage and onion, while my order came out with cabbage the first time it was no fault of either of us because the Jets(bonus entertainment!) were flying overhead very loudly and I spoke as loud as I could. They kindly amended my order in no time and I set off. This is the second time I've ordered asada fries from them and both times it was absolutely delicious. The fries are thick and served hot, the asada was so delicious it was seasoned perfectly and definitely flavorful. The cheese sauce doesn't taste like your average nacho sauce, it is a little peppery(I don't want to say spicy) and I don't think it's made with jalapeño because that's one of my gripes with most nacho sauces. All topped with a drizzle of salsa and crema, with cilantro plus onion and cabbage. They definitely have generous servings. I'm extremely picky and this is one of my favorite dishes that I find is never made right, especially with the prepping of meat because I hate when I bite into chewy or hard to chew pieces so they definitely did a great job with their prep work! Overall, I thought this place was delicious, the service is great, the area could use work of the property owner could lay down gravel for the wet season(though I won't hold it against them because I did fine in my AWD) 10/10 recommend. I had the pulled pork sandwich with a side of yummy coleslaw. The sandwich came with several single serving size containers of bbq sauce. The pulled pork was very tender, moist and smoked deliciously. Soft hoagie roll. The bbq sauce was very flavorful and not spicy which is how I like it. I loved the coleslaw because it wasn't too mayonnaisey, more of a subtle vinegar flavor. My son ordered the brisket with collard greens which he says, you can't truly be a bbq restaurant without collard greens. He loved them and the brisket was tender and lean. His husband ordered a tri tip sandwich with the Mac n cheese along with a made to order Blackberry Lemonade. They both loved their meals. We all agreed we'd return for another meal.
