During our welcome photos, we were sweating, and she continuously checked in on us, bringing water and drinks and even saving appetizers from cocktail hour while we were busy with photos. When we were at our sweetheart table, she went to grab us drinks from the bar and even brought us desserts from our dessert bar! I-Jou knew the right questions to ask and overall we felt well supported throughout the whole wedding planning process up until the end of our wedding day. Since she already has a working relationship with them, they are typically equally easy to work with. 2. Especially for vendors she's familiar with, she can quickly follow up with them, staying in the loop when we have questions and sharing her own experiences and suggestions from working with previous couples. 3. She understands Chinese/Taiwanese traditions, which made it a lot easier to us to work with her since we needed to preemptively identify pain points and important unique to our culture to avoid family headaches. 4. She had a great attitude even when our requests were vague (mainly when we aren't sure of what the exact solution is and only have a rough vision/idea of what we want) 5. She handled day-of stressful situations with grace and had great backup plans ready when things went wrong. 6. Despite being busy, she is very responsive when we need her. My suggestion for couples (in general when working with any wedding planner) is to be proactive and do your due diligence with vendors and the wedding vision. Treating the working relationship as a partnership. Doing your own research about vendors and wedding day formalities will really save you time and help fill in the gaps. Don't hesitate to ask questions when you're unsure about timelines and what is "typical" in a wedding.

From the initial consult to the final product, I had a great experience with Corie and the Foxtail team. Not only was Corie exceptionally thorough, but she definitely listened to our unique vision of a very moody wedding and made it come to life. I was completely blown away by Foxtail's work for my wedding. I really don't know much about flowers, so I was not able to provide specifics regarding flowers I definitely wanted; all I knew was that I wanted florals that popped and made a statement. I only had some inspo photos from Pinterest and my design deck made by my wonderful wedding planners (Fetelle Designs), and Corie took those pictures and my design deck and made my wedding day florals even better that I could have ever imagined. My husband and I chose to do a floral centerpiece mock up about a month before our wedding day, and we could tell from the mock up alone that Corie nailed exactly the vibe we were looking for. The mock up was stunning - the flowers were fresh and they lasted longer than a week. Corie was also very flexible and patient with us - we made a somewhat last minute addition to our already extensive proposal. Corie was responsive any time I needed to update anything and she sent all of the proposals very promptly. She took my color palette vision and ran with it. I was so pleasantly surprised with how stunning the floral install was on the day of. I got the bouquet and color palette of my dreams. Florals are expensive and Corie was very fairly priced and she really made use of every flower. She used top quality flowers and it really showed. She was so sweet and communicative throughout the process and made my dreams come to life. I got so many compliments on the florals too! In fact, I'm still getting compliments on the florals!
