It's time to update my review considering my first review was based on take-out only and I've been…read morehere many times since. Um. Best pupusas in NJ? Yes. Still. And I've looked and looked and LOOKED. Every time I try a new pupusa place, I end up being disappointed with myself for being "adventurous" when I have already located the best. Best curtido too. Sometimes you go to these pupuserias and they have the pink curtido (what. is. that.) or they put jalapeños in their curtido (like, staaahhhp) - but not Willy's. Oh man, just talking about the pupusas here makes me want some and I'm currently on a diet, boo. But not boo for you if you're looking into this place because I'm telling you right now, don't think. Do. Now, as far as the dine-in experience, it's aiiight. Not amazing. The staff here doesn't speak English, so if you don't speak English, it will be difficult. On Sundays, they usually have Spanish karaoke going on in the dining room, so if you ain't into that - do yourself a favor and order pick-up. You will miss out on the chips and salsa you get when you dine in, though, and they are damn good. The staff isn't the most attentive and they can be a little fast - usually because they're also working as bartenders at the very busy bar on the other side of the dining room. However, I never felt completely neglected. Oh, they don't offer tap water and charge $3 per bottle. BOO. You're better off getting an agua fresca for that price (and it would be so worth it too). In my times here, I usually only get the pupusas, but the bf has ordered the churrasco and he loved it. OH! Also, the tamal de elote here is also the best I've had in NJ! Yummmmmmmy!
