I could have sworn that this used to be a sushi joint? No matter, this place is clean and the we were greeted immediately. The menu has plenty to choose from and I picked the mixed fajitas.I'm not really a fajitas guy but, I was told they were delicious by a neighboring table. Everything was prepared well and it all tasted good. The fajitas plate was gigantic and I had plenty of left overs. I'd go back for sure.

As we say in Nashville, Tennessee, "It just don't get better than this." 'Had to eat outside due to the infamous election infection, but the food is so awesome that I'm just enjoying the cool breeze while eating this awesome mini chimichanga, chips & salsa. They even stuck a shrimp next to my lime in my Corona. Who the H£LL ever thought of THAT? BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!

Great food and service! My boyfriend and I love coming here on the weekends when they have the salsa bar up. Quite a few delicious salsas to choose from that go great on your tacos or eating them with chips. Their enchilada plate is the best in town to me. Another item I'll order regularly is the pambazo, so good. The cebollitas here are addicting! So much so that I dont want to share and order them every time. The horchata is really good as well. You just have to come and see for yourself, trust me. I'd like to make note that they serve margaritas and other mixed drinks now. Also that they conveniently have a delivery service and are open later than any other place in town during the week. I love that this place popped up in town!!

Horchata is delicious! Sweet, creamy, and no cinnamon (I prefer my horchata with no cinnamon or light cinnamon)

This place is very unsanitary. People come in and out of kitchen. The owner is very unprofessional.

Plenty of parking space. Restaurant is spacious and clean. We had a very early dinner so we were able to choose our table. Not many customers but by the time we finished eating, more people came in. Pleasantly surprised to be served Ceviché, salsa, and chips right away since we did not order it. Even better, it was complimentary. Nice touch!! Had the Cantaritos Special. Great presentation!! It's a fruit drink with Tajín and Tamarind. A mini bottle of Tequila is laced with what tasted like Chamoy. It was delicious!! My new favorite drink!! Our food was delivered quickly. We ordered the Shrimp Empanadas with Mozzarella Cheese. Intrigued as I thought it was a weird combination. What an excellent pairing!! Generous portions of Shrimp and gooey Mozzarella Cheese dipped in a sauce that tasted like Thousand Island Dressing. So good!! My husband ordered the Huachinango Diabla. Crispy Red Snapper on the outside and moist, flaky on the inside. Diabla sauce complimented the fish very well. Mild and a touch of sweetness. I had the Mendigo Special. Wow!! So much depth of flavor in the savory soup that had generous portions of seafood; octopus, shrimp, and crab (imitation). Topping of cilantro, onions, and avocado all enhanced the already flavorful soup. The dish comes with this buttery, soft, warm bread to soak up the delicious soup. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back soon as everything tasted so delicious!!

I had some of their cajun pasta and calamari, both were quite small serving sizes for their price. What put me off was adding shrimp to the pasta for 5.99 only to be given exactly five pieces of shrimp. The pasta had nothing cajun about it and served on a big plate to look bigger than it is, far too big for the small table! The pasta itself was nice, however it tasted like grocery store jar alfredo sauce. And the restaurant had far too loud music for so little people there, couldn't even talk properly to the server or family despite sitting so close on a tiny table. Would not recommend

A…read morelong time ago, in my mid to late 20s era, we would order seafood boil for Father's Day so this was very nostalgic for me. I've seen the sign for Sea Shack from Route 59 and finally got to try it when my sister was visiting Naperville. I called in an order and it was ready in 15 minutes. What we ordered for 3 adults: 1 lb peeled shrimp, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb black mussels, mild, + corn + potatoes 1 lb clams, mild 1 corn on the side 1 sausage on the side onion rings chicken tenders and fries 2 orders of rice We had plenty of food and enough for leftovers. My favorite part might be the cajun butter sauce with white rice... even more than the seafood. I love white rice with basically any sauce. The food was fresh, the sauce was mild as requested, still flavorful and not too salty. If you order the clams on its own, no sides, the bag might seem a little small but that's just because the clam meat is so small. For takeout, your seafood will come double bagged so it was leak proof. We decided to empty the bags into bowls since we were doing family style, and it was a hearty meal. I can't comment on the ambiance since it was a takeout order, but we enjoyed our food. We'll be back!

It is a beautiful restaurant in a great location; right on the green. The server was great, she did her best and we appreciated her. The food was very good. Improvement noted…read more We dropped in on a Friday night for dinner. It had been a tough day. Ambiance wise, it's a sports bar with a restaurant on the west end. They also have a banquet facility. You enter through the doors off the parking lot, and then follow the signs to the restaurant entrance to the right, which brings you to the bar. We were told to pick any table. We grabbed a table in the corner. After asking for a wine list, we settled on a decent Pino Noir, as I was planning on steak and my wife wanted chicken. To start with, we decided to try their bacon stuffed mushroom appetizer. We were expecting small mushrooms - nope, these were at least 2" in diameter and they were stuffed full of cheese, bacon and other good stuff. On to the entrees, where my wife ordered their stuffed chicken breast, and I ordered their 8 ounce filet mignon, medium rare, with their vegetable medley and and a baked potato with butter and sour cream. These both came with a good salad with a cup of dressing, and the waitress asked if we wanted more dressing. The filet was served at the correct temperature and was very tender. The baked potato was cooked properly. The vegetable medley had a good combination of cooked vegetables. My wife's stuffed chicken breast was actually 2 stuffed chicken breasts. It was so much she was able to take some home (along with a stuffed mushroom and part of her salad!) She said they were tasty and enjoyable. The food was very good. Service was attentive. This is a notable improvement.

The steak was okay, couldn't see much, even when I opened the blinds a bit to get a better look. They did have a salad bar to hold you over while your order is being made, but smelled a little funky, so I only tried a bit. They did have ketchup and A1 sauce for the steak, but disappeared after I used it once. The slice of cake was very flavorful and had a lot going on, so I saved it for a midnight snack. Felt it was a bit expensive for something I couldn't see, but if I didn't want to get into my rental, may swing by again. If anything, I'd go for the bar and try their drinks!

The restaurant was very dark possibly too hide the dirty carpets in the dining room. The ladies room toilet wouldn't flush and the wall was dirty by the towel dispenser. The men's room the urinal was filthy. The restaurant and the restrooms had an identity crisis with the decor and why the gambling machines right by the bar? The prices are for fine dining but the run down restaurant is not fine dining experience. The outside was updated in the last 10-12yrs but the inside is stuck in the 80's. My husband said the mints at the door were great but not for $73 he and I spent before tip!
