And both of these times I saw other customers dealing with messed up orders. And the last time I was there the manager explained to the other people that many people experienced a similar mess up in their orders -- something about their computer system being wonky. But they also were "out of stock" on some fairly key menu items, such as their loaded fries and lettuce. That is not good. I predict this place will not stay in business long unless they start getting orders right and have key items on the menu in stock. My suggestion is to have people take the orders, not the kiosks. And keep items stocked well.
